But then i received the parcel (an inverter) where there was a loose part inside. So i returned it and wanted to use the return delivery to ask for a smaller version of the inverter. But i don't get any answer on my mail and have nowhere a possibilty to call a helpdesk.
So i'm still very uncertain what i'll receive.

Never received my parcel
Never received my parcel. Conrad doesn't respond to my emails about this issue. There is no telephone contact just a stupid AI bot that keeps giving me a track and trace code that is experied.

Impossible to reach Conrad, nor by phone, nor by mail !
The material I ordered was not immediately available for delilvery. It was scheduled for on March,4. I had more then one big week to modify my original order with the goal to order a more sophisticated item. I tried via "contact@conrad" and I tried also to find a phone to get in touch and hear about the possibilities. Somewhere Conrad tells his customers that the only way to cancel or modify an order is to give a call. Nowhere I found this number !!! NOBODY answered to my written message. Fully disappointing is 't not ?
Never again such an experience !

Please drop postNL as a shipping partner
The package was sent back on the last day of pickup.
This is an ongoing problem with postNL, in the last two years i have never had a package sent with them arrive at my house and often the pickup information is completely incorrect.
This leads me to reorder many of my orders until i finally get what i ordered. That also means that i often do not get what i needed on time...

Misleading Promises – Frustrating Experience
The delivery dates on Conrad’s website are nothing but false advertising. Every item I ordered was marked as “available by 12/02/2025” — supposedly deliverable within 3 days. In reality, I waited over a month, with the last item arriving 35 days after order.
Their pricing may be competitive, but that’s the only good thing I can say about them. If you’re counting on fast or reliable delivery, look elsewhere. Conrad clearly can’t live up to its own promises.

Fraud! Avoid this company. Poor customer service and no reply. Has not refunded the return cost as promised.
Zero responsibility, zero accountability!
Placed two orders containing abou 7 packs of 50 each. It was a good deal, yay!
No! About a week later I receive my first part of the delivery. Containing 1 pack of one piece … wrote a inquiry mail to the contact on their page, a week later with no answer and my clients asking for a final offers I started calling, several times after waiting for about 10-15 minutes the person on the line simply answers and immediately closes.
Next day a lady answers, she was helpful and actually agnoledged that indeed, it must be a delivery mistake, she will adresses it immediately.
With confirmation on the items total number and that everything will be fine I forwarded my offers.
About a week after the phone call I get the delivery… again, each pack of 50 containing only one piece per pack.
Now I start mailing again… 5 days reply time -“ we are sorry but the title description was incorrect, here is a retour link “
I email again explaining I cannot accept that, I’ve already allocated most of those parts and my offers are forwarded, this will cost me quite allot.

Terms and conditions (4.2) renders Conrad not responsible for any errors they make in quantity, picture, and description.
I am repulsed and yet in the same time amazed as in Belgium a webwinkel can be “ not responsible “ for what they sell.
