Never recieved my order
Never recieved my order. No help from Customer Support. Haven't received my refund yet.
At first i was getting updates that my order was received, then it was delayed, then delayed again. But never which part of my order wasn't in stock. So i cancelled my whole order.... then they ghosted me- haven't heard from them in 2 weeks.

Absolute rubbish!
Absolute rubbish! Ordered a product from them as a Christmas present for a relative and it’s still not arrived. Customer service is the worst I’ve experienced. Almost non-existent. They totally ignored my second email. Buy your electronics from somewhere else as these lot are cowboys!

I bought a product with Conrad this…
I bought a product with Conrad this December. It took many days to arrive but luckily it did. The problem is that they took the money for that product (around 1.100 kr) but they also reserved a similar amount (another 1.200 kr) in my bank account. So now I can’t use 1.200 kr that are mine because they made a mistake. I wrote several emails to them ... but no response and they don’t have a phone number ...

It's gonna be fine...
The service is okay. It's their website and lack of communication that I don't like.
I had an experience where the product I ordered kept being postponed. They seemed to have lots in stock, but when I ordered it suddenly changed to being restocked. And that date kept being postponed month after month. Other danish companies got their restock loong time ago.
Normally you would just cancel the order and buy it somewhere else, but this is where this website falls short. The cancellation doesn't work (Chrome, IE, Edge, FF...), since a mandatory "reason for cancellation" cannot be filled. Also the support phone number doesn't show on the website due to bad user design I think. But at least you can send a mail and they will answer sometime.
It's fine to buy from there as long as you don't need to cancel you order.

I ordered a tower fan and got delivered…
I ordered a tower fan and got delivered some kind of electric grass cutter. There’s no phone number and emailing back and forth took days which was extremely frustrating to deal with and unhelpful. My first experience shopping there and would definitely be my last.
