I have kept in touch with Jonny for the last 12months and have built a good relationship with him enabling him to really understand exactly what features in my next role would make me happy and motivated.

Interesting, frustrating and a little bit disappointing to read all those very good reviews. I have had the misfortune to deal with Jonny when he took over my case from an employee who left the company. Up until Jonny took over I to was kept informed etc just like in the other reviews. Since then I have heard nothing from him. Not even having the courtesy to respond to my messages.

Jen has been amazing in getting me my dream job. Originally contacted her in January but the position had just been filled. Since then she has been in touch with me a few times about other positions that I might be interested in. when the original position I wanted, started rehiring again, she contacted me right away to put me through for it again. Quite a quick process and had my first interview 2 days after she called me about the job, and then the 2nd interview a week after. Jen has been in touch with me every step of the way to keep me updated and even rang me before I was to start my first day at my new job to make sure any questions I had were cleared up such as my start time on my first day. During the process, she even called me a few times whilst she was off work when she needed to update me about anything to do with the interviews. She was just very supportive, very clear, completely friendly, went out of her way for me and was just excellent all way round.
