Items was as described and good delivery.
As with many mens online stores, they offer the same items and what sets them apart will be the price, alongside customer service which included despatch times and delivery options.
Would buy from again but will be looking at the prices and comparing to End, Sevenstore, Arena etc.

Appalling service – Paid for express delivery, ended up with a stolen parcel.g…
I have given a one-star rating primarily due to the issues with delivery. Despite paying for 1-2 business days of shipping, the parcel arrived late. To avoid any further complications, I specifically requested delivery to a Post Office, providing all the necessary evidence and instructions. However, they ignored this and delivered it to my flat instead, where the package was subsequently stolen. I have filed a claim for a refund and am still awaiting a satisfactory response from them.

Customer supports a bit inconsiderate
Don’t bother signing up with them to get a discount on your first order it doesn’t even work they send you an invalid code and come up with some BS when you call them up on it..
Not a great way to welcome new customers at all.. definitely won’t be buying anything from them again..

Ordered 9060s New Balance trainers. Box of the trainers was ripped and damaged.
I contact customer service and they only offered for me to return the trainers for a refund but i will need to pay the postage of return.
