I have learnt so much working with Tom…

I have learnt so much working with Tom and the team as Tom was a great tutor in explaining in details about each work we did with him. I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience in drylining, thanks to construction helpline for putting me in this course as I appreciated the work and effort.

Drylining course

Drylining course. Great hands on experience gained. Tom our tutor had extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of drylining that he passed on in a very friendly, relaxed teaching style. Also great service from construction helpline office staff, who went above and beyond. Especially Alan Michaels. Looking forward to working with them to gain employment and make use if new skill learnt.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Stay away at any cost.
- I paid for my course, exam and cscs card fees on September 2022 they charged me £180.00 for the course and £60.00 for the card.
- I completed my course and took the exam at the beginning of October and passed.
- It was confirmed that I would receive my cscs card within 2 weeks.
- But I didn’t receive my card and kept chasing them for weeks to sort this out. Unfortunately, no luck.
- Then it turns out to be that they didn’t even process my pass certificate all that time and didn’t even apply to CSCS for my card.
- Finally, I received an exam pass certificate on 11 Jan 2023. after 3 months passing the exam.
- But still no card received.
- I chased them again and again for the card till April 2023. Guess!! Still no card.
I don’t even mention how many contract jobs I couldn’t applied in that period and lost lots of job opportunities as well as the stress.
- Finally, I raised a request to get a refund on 18 April 2023. I received an email the same day that if I would accept refund of £50.00 after all these!
- I immediately called them to understand what is going on. Apparently because I took the course, they could not refund and they would charge me £10 administration fee and I would only entitled for £50.00 plus no card after all these time and afford waisted.
What sort of human are these people think that they took people’s money and don’t provide them with what they needed and get away with it. Basically, they would expect me to give them £190.00 for nothing!!!
The person I talked to over the phone was not helpful at all and he said that there is nothing I would do to change their mind because this is their company policy.
At the end I end up accepting the situation and ask them to send me my cscs card because I desperately need the card
Now it is 12th may and still no card.
Please do yourself a favor and do not get near to this company.

I could have had a better teacher, Thanks Tom

It was an amazing environment, Tom was really patient and direct, taught us the basics as a group and followed on it by designing individual curriculums until we all caught up, there was no time wasted. I really enjoyed learning all the little tips to make work easier and faster from Tom.

learning more is a fulfilling in life

I had my Drylining course with Construction Helpline Ltd. batch January 6, 2023. We learn much from the actual hands on work that widens our skills in construction industry, under the teaching of Good man Boss Ben. I also am thankful for Boss Allan Michael who work persuasively to get my CSCS card and Certificate of training. I enjoy much having work with my batchmates that made the training more exciting.
