We had a fantastic experience with Sharlene, our Customer Success Manager at Constructionline. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Sharlene took the time to walk us through our portal, clearly explaining all the features and how to get the most out of the platform. A real credit to the team!

My company having been members of Constructionline for several years now. It has not always been the easiest of site to navigate but if i have ever experienced any issues or problems there has always be someone on the need of a phone at Constructionline who can assist, resolve or guide you in the right direction.

Used jackson to help set up very easy to work with helped me get a customer on board I do feel it’s was easy and that they ask lots of questions to fill in at first but…understandable but the system works now set up 🤩

We can find important information on the construction sector on one platform if all information is up to date.

We have had issues with our subscription and had all but written it off as a bad idea. Kristal took the time to sit down and identify what the issues were and took our case on personally to resolve it. The issue is not currently resolved but I feel assured that now Kristal is on the case it soon will be !

Since signing up, I have spoken with a couple of the customer support team as the process can be very overwhelming, they were very helpful and quick to reply! Big thanks to Zsofia and Jackson!

Jackson was not only incredibly polite and well-spoken, but he also had a deep understanding of the platform. He was patient with me, clearly answered all my questions, and made a potentially confusing process feel simple and straightforward.
The level of service I received from Jackson was truly exceptional. He is a credit to Constructionline, and I highly recommend their service, especially if you get the chance to work with someone as competent and helpful as him.
