3rd party cowboys. You do not need to pay £65 for a card. JIB charge £40 if you go direct. I found this out, called up to cancel payment, which had gone through even though I hadn't finished giving my qualifications, and they charged me £25 for a refund.
Just cowboys, go direct to the governing body for your CSCS cards

This company is a joke, do not use them!!!!
I used their service to renew my CSCS card, and first after submitting my documents, they told me that I had already submitted an application and to call CSCS direct, which I did, and was informed than my email address had been entered wrong by the company and that was why my application couldn’t be processed. I verified my email with them and told the company, who then emailed a da later saying my certificate was out of date. It wasn’t, so I sent it again to them and surprise surprise, it was accepted. This whole process has now taken over 25 days and I still have to wait another 10-15 day before my card will arrive. Once again, do not use these incompetent unprofessional idiots.

Do not use his company
I went round in circles after paying the fee for a card. Every response from the company felt like a step backwards from the previous email exchange. When they asked for details and I provided them, the next email completely ignored my response.
When I requested a refund of the fee I had already paid, they deducted a cancellation fee despite not progressing the application at all, even though they had been given all the information requested.
A total joke of a company.
