I received my 3-in-1 wireless charger, plugged it in to charge and nothing was working! I thought it may have been my outlet but everything else worked in it! Then used one of my own cables and it worked! Light came on and away it turned! So was given a faulty cable, bit annoying! Also, find the two side trays for my watch and iPods don’t “push” out easily or straight away as they don’t come out with a slight touch like the main base which holds the phone. An “alright” product for the price but in hindsight, better to pay a little more and get one where all 3 sections work with an easy touch of a button!

I’ve ordered Magnetic wallet ( 46€) and after I payed also for express transport and the fees/tax ( all of them it was in final:60€), neither after almost 2 months I’m not receiving the product: THEY’ve send it to another adress: another city,another street, all this kind of 💩.
Avoid this awful company and they’re services.

AVOID USING THIS WEBSITE. I ordered 3 solar hats from them— I clicked on a FB ad— for Father’s Day. Ordered on May 15– still don’t have the items & today is July 2. I’ve been emailing with them and they don’t provide answers. They never would tell me what US carrier they were using. First package they said got lost after it left customs. Second package stopped tracking after customs as well, so I initiated a PayPal case for a refund. Day after that (today) the tracking number quit working— can no longer be found on the weird system they used for tracking. So I do believe this is a scam and that I never even had a package coming. No Father’s Day gifts and who knows if I’ll get my $150 back! Very upset.

Waited two months for item!! When received it’s really bad quality the print is peeling off the fabric is super cheap AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I requested a refund and they couldn’t even honour that! The jumper cost around £40 will never by from adverts again

Ordered a hoodie which was far too small in size for a large. more like a size small. The quality of the material was cheap for the price i paid. the writing on the top is illegible. this company won’t let me return it. Please do not waste your time or money ordering from here.

Company sent wrong size and print was blacknon black so you couldn't see writing well... in addition writing was not to scale( super small on big sweatshirt). Whenbi reached out to company they offered 4.00 from 60.00 purchase, then offered 10 even though they sent wrong and defective item... After paypal got involved they offered full refund if i returned item the shipping back to china was 60 to 80 so I essentially the "refund would cover return shipping! THE COMPANY , sent wring size and poorly made product and still didnt make it right. DO Not recommend based on terrible priduct and even worse customer service.

Purchased the Busy Board Montessori Toys for 1-3 year olds. It took over 3.5 weeks to arrive after the seller provided bogus tracking details claiming shipping from USA when in fact it came from China. Very cheap construction and was broken and defective out of the box with the battery cover screws damaged and unable to securely close the battery compartment. The toy description is misleading stating1-3 year olds however the package clearly states 36M+.

Beware ,,,,I have placed an order in June 2024, I still did not receive my order. They claim that they did deliver the order, But they did not. I ask for the name of the shipping company many many time but they don’t provide it. They just provide faulty tracking number that can not be identified. They say I should “file a case against
the shipping company and ask for compensation” but the shipping company is unknown and they will not provide the name. You can not identify it with the tracking number because it’s fake or faulty…. Be aware

Really satisfied with my purchase. The price was more than reasonable, given the high quality of these tools. I was pleased to find that the cost didn't compromise the toolkit's functionality or durability. The shipping was absolutely fantastic! It arrived much earlier than expected, right on my doorstep, in immaculate condition. The packaging was secure and the product inside was undamaged. Very pleased with this exceptional delivery service.

This is a scam site. I got the tub of cover up. The tiny little tub is built up so there is less than 2 tsp of product in it and it is a loose powder. The reviews that say they have used this for years are definitely false. It does not come with an applicator. The box around it was crushed and some of the powder was out in the envelope. When complained to the company, they told me it would be very expensive to return and could they send me $3.

I am usually one to write positive reviews and not a complainer. However, after a week of attempting to reason with this company's customer service, I decided to share my experience for the benefit of others. I placed an order of an item (Waverlo Magic Root Cover Up-total paid was $28.07) but, after over a month of waiting, I received the WRONG item. They specifically advertised the Waterlo brand stating all its benefits so I ordered to try it out. When I received the wrong item (totally different brand- "Maycheer", with Chinese instructions and a totally different item) I emailed the company and kindly asked for either a refund or the correct item to be sent. Well, just to summarize the conclusion, they offered me $2 as a refund!!!!! After a few insistent emails, they stated the maximum they can refund is $6!!! This is simply unacceptable, bad business, and fraudulent advertising. They can keep my money but they lost my business. Good luck if you choose to use them!

Scammers. Same as other reviewer. Receipt didn’t match order. Tried straight away to cancel and was sent a blue link to do so. As if I would click on that. Nightmare to try and get help from anyone.

SCAM! I ordered online and my receipt didn’t match the charge. I immediately looked them up and they are a scam company. Just had to cancel my credit card because of this scam.

What a load of crap... my order via this website never arrived... first they debited the amount twice and never dispatched it! Please watch out... it's a fake account !!!!
