I have just tried to renew my policy with them. Received an email with an offer showing an offer price for the renewal that included a 60€ extra for a satellite service device I am not interested on having for that extra money.
I tried to remove the extra by accessing my account internet area without success to login (error message)
I then called them:
1. They confirmed the login area does not work.
2. They said the satellite extra did not add cost but reduced it which is what I expected but was intentionally presented as a paying addition in the offer email I had been sent. I tried to explain that I wanted the starting offer price I was sent by email without the 60 extra euros. He just repeated removing that extra would add cost. After a couple of iterations saying the same he said he had no time to waste (literally) and hanged up.
3. Once this happened I was not even given a chance to review the service which is something that It had been said I could do at the beginning of the call.
All in all, a marketing trap with horrible service. Probably a reflection of what to expect from them if you ever need to make claim from an accident.

The lady helping me out on the phone was extremely kind , patient and super helpful . I am so glad I called in as I would have never gotten such a great deal anywhere else . I’d highly recommend going with conte insurance.

too big to help you
too big to help you , only want your money. i have insurance with them for 1 year at a cost of 800 euro, 400 over national average, i have been driving 45 years never an accident, my renewal is 1400 euro ! bye! makes no sense i drive less than 8000km a year and have motorcycle with them! no discounts no help from customer service ! stay away from the scam.
So their reply is yes! you have a policy! that’s correct. this is how they can say we respond to 92% of their negative feedback! 😂😂😂oh,ok. That’s that! Stay away from this company. honestly I’m sure most of the reviews are written by their employees. Outside of just needing a policy I’m sure they’re fantastic actually doing anything read the rest the reviews because apparently they don’t do anything except write you a policy and most of the time it’s for too much money once you renew
