Ordered a gazebo that I needed quickly…
Ordered a gazebo that I needed quickly for a garden party. Two days after taking my money I received an email to say it was out of stock and that even the suppliers had no more. I was told my money could take 10 days to come back to me. I did only have to wait 5 days for my refund (but that was 5 days too long). I ordered the same gazebo from Webbs, who checked when I ordered and 26 in stock. So, before ordering from Contemporary Spaces, it's worth contacting them for confirmation that they actually have the item in stock. It was just an inconvenience I could have done without.

Placed an order on the 4/12/2018 for 2…
Placed an order on the 4/12/2018 for 2 dining chairs which they said they keped in stock and can deliver within 5 days.
After many emails saying our chairs are in transit the last email said there out of stock .
The office closed on the 14.12.2018 till January but said any orders before the 11.12.2018 will be delivered ha,ha not .
Now it's the 18.12.2018 don't hold much luck now

After reading your review, I have noticed a number of statements that are not factual.
- The item was and is still in stock and no such email to inform you that they were out of stock was ever sent and this is a complete fabrication.
- The delivery information on the delivery tab on the product page states 3-14 working days delivery for this particular item. It is delivered by a two man team, who will call you to book a suitable day and time for delivery. They will also bring the boxes into the property for you.
We have investigated what went wrong with the order and please allow to apologise for the mix up regarding the delivery status of the order.
Our courier told us the item had been delivered and there was a proof of delivery for this. This was confusion on the couriers part and as a result meant we incorrectly believed the item to have been delivered. Upon further investigating they came back us to confirm the items had not been delivered.
We offered you the next available delivery slot, however you did not want to to accept any of these and requested a full refund which has been processed today.
Once again we are the first to hold our hands up on the rare occasion that things don't go smoothly as usual and please accept our apologies that the items were not delivered within our advertised delivery time due to the courier mix up.

The product itself is very good and…
The product itself is very good and just what we wanted but one of the hooks was smashed of one of the poles and another vital pole was completely wrong resulting in not being able to erect it properly on the day which was very disappointing. We now have to wait for replacements. Maybe the pieces need to be double checked before they are packaged and sent out.
