Awful company to deal with.
Bought a shirt from this site 26/06 which unfortunately didn’t fit.
I followed the returns policy and sent my item back recorded as suggested and also followed up with an email to let them know I would be sending the item back for return.
They received the item back 03/07.
The returns policy on their site states returns can take up to 30 working days.
It’s now 02/09 2 MONTHS LATER!!!! and still nothing. Many emails sent asking them for an update but I’ve just been ignored.
Avoid shopping with these guys at all costs because you will end up out of pocket. Next steps will be to arrive at the address the item was sent back to.

Where's my money
I ordered a pair of chinos, which i returned as unsuitable on 8th April,
I have emailed company three times with reassurance refund has been processed.
Today I have liaised with my credit card company who have confirmed no funds are pending to go back on my account.
AVOID if you need to return.
I believe a company with this name went out of business once before, I can understand why.

Pretty expensive pair of boots arrived…but...
Pretty expensive pair of boots arrived on time. Odd pair (one of which was shop soiled) so had to return. New pair came. Another odd pair but not as clearly so. However, they arrived in the wrong and water damaged box. Will probably return these too. Little dings and bits of crap attached to boots, which will brush off I think. Not a luxury or high end experience. No care or thought given to packaging and customer experience. Wouldn't recommend. Nowhere close to other retailers I've purchased similiar boots from.
