Recently we have been issued a PCN in Greenwich by a private parking company.
I decided to reach out to Contestor Legal Services and Charlotte has been helping. She has been very responsive, very polite and very helpful! She has emailed today to let me know that we have won the appeal so I am over the moon! It was a very smooth process too. I can't thank them enough.

Jackson was fantastic and reassured me throughout my case with a horrible parking company who fined me during covid for staying a few minutes over the parking times as shops were only allowing a hand full of customers in, due to covid and waiting times were over 2 hours. Even the council had suspended their parking meters and car park fees. This company was ruthless and didn't care that the country was in despair! They took me to court but Jackson and his company, were supported, keeping me updated and reassured me that they would handle everything and they did! It was struck out of court and Jackson even gave me a courtesy call to let me know everything was taken care of and I need not worry any further! Praise God 👏🏾 Thank you guys!
