No Response, Invalid Contact Details and No Accountability
My experience with Contiant has been extremely disappointing.
I contacted the company regarding payment services provided to online gambling operators that were accepting customers from jurisdictions where access appears to be restricted. I supplied detailed information and supporting evidence and requested that my concerns be properly reviewed.
Unfortunately, I received no meaningful assistance. Even more concerning, some of the contact details provided appear not to function correctly, making communication unnecessarily difficult.
To date, neither Contiant nor the final merchant has provided a satisfactory resolution to the issues raised.
I am still awaiting a substantive response and clear explanation regarding the role played in the processing of these transactions.
If no satisfactory resolution is provided by Contiant or the merchant involved, I will continue pursuing all available regulatory and legal avenues and will consider coordinating with other affected consumers who may have experienced similar issues.
I remain willing to update this review should the company engage constructively and provide a proper response.
