This company is a scam, do not buy from them

They advertised a Le Crueset product on their website. What I received was anything but. Had the same shape, but it was powder coated aluminium instead of enamelled cast iron and a different colour. Been back and forth with them demanding a refund, where they profusely apologise, while gaslighting you at the same time. I spent US$148, their last offer was US$42. Should have known better. If it is too good to be true, it's probably a scam.

Continuale is a shameful, illegitimate, scamming company robbing money off their clients by advertising fake branded products with low quality, cheap products. I ordered a "Le Crueset 3.75-qt Enameled Cast Iron Cassadou with Glass Lid" and received a non-branded product with one handle not two as per the picture. Not only are they shameful but they have no morals offering me a refund of USD8 or less than one tenth of what I paid originally which is probably what the product is worth. Absolutely disgraceful, antagonistic and illegal.

As everyone else says - it’s a scam. Ordered a Le Crueset pan and nothing arrived. Got (I believe fake) shipping info as the item tracked from the US to France then ‘disappeared’ after 2 months. When contacted, apologies given with the promise another would be expedited. Ten days later, a cheap tin pan (cost 5 dollars max) arrived. Offered 2, then 5, 8 and 12 dollars to keep it as return would be costly. Next stop police and bank.

Terrible!! Stay away. This is big time scam. They advertise a LED light with rechargeable batteries but what you get is some plastic without batteries and technology from another decade.
Expensive experience and no good support.

If I could have I would rate it a -100. Ordered the Le Creuset pan and received a cheap pan. I contacted the customer service and they insisted I received what I ordered. Even when I provided a picture. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Scam company ordered what was advertised make Le Crueset pan waited 3 months and it arrived today absolutely not what was advertised I’m just waiting for a reply about returning and I will update you . Its reply is that they’re on vacation and might be slow to respond.
They are offering 12.00 because it would cost too much to return but they don’t want it back so won’t give a return label anyway. They’re guilt of false advertising and didn’t provide a le Cruset item this company need to be brought to the attention of our consumer council.
Over 64 emails back and forth and absolutely no movement whatsoever in their customer service they have made it clear that they don’t want this item back and have admitted that the item sent was wrong but will still not give the full refund offering max $25, insulting and fraudulent company front china something needs to be done about these companies and our consumer rights need to be protected.

Yep. A scam. I ordered a blood glucose monitor. Paid $33. They sent an oximeter. Emailed back and forth several times, including pictures. They refused to even admit they were at fault. Never offered to send me the correct product. Offered $8 compensation. Scam.

I ordered a Leatherman Signal and whin I received it the product was some knock off rubbish. When contacted, they said I could return the item but is would be costly

They're a scam company that doesn't send the product advertised.
I ordered a Leatherman Skeletool Multi-Tool but received some off brand cheap Chinese crap. And as if by coincidence I'm strangely locked out of my account.
Save your money and don't use this company.

I ordered an LED light up larg drawing plate thing for my daughter for Christmas on December 9th. It's been 20 days and it never showed up. The website says made in the USA, but tracking says it was stuck in Ireland and only now has arrived in the USA. Emailing was no help. Customer service replied they "expedited my package" but to simply be patient. I think I just lost my money. Calling my bank next. I hate these scammers.

DO NOT purchase from them. I wish I would have read the reviews first. It is a scam. It's in Ireland and they said it was coming within the U.S. They won't give me a straight answer and it's never going to arrive at this point.

Cheap copies of branded products, advertised with a “TM” following the title, ultimately ends up being a cheap item in a plastic bag shipped from China. Be warned, stay clear.

The add said 100% American made. Why was it sent from portaugal? Tracking has not been updated for 3 days now. Add said fast reliable shipping. First and last experience. I don't like being lied to from anyone. Order #15018M252420

I waited 2 months for my order and then the colors didn't match the picture on package. When I contacted them they said they could give me $4 back and I could keep the product and dispose of it. What a joke. Do not order from this place

Tracking numbers do not match the actual shipment route. It showed that it was coming from Manchester US, then to customs US, then to Australia etc. When it arrived it had a different tracking number and came from China. The item I bought had the brand name of the item on the fake tracking document but the item I received was a very small cheap copy. Didn't even look like the Item I ordered. When I contacted them they did respond telling me that the item I receiver was correct. When I gave photo evidence they offered me US$4 compensation. My item that I ordered cost me US$47.18 I am still waiting for a response.
Don't buy from them they are fake Chinese products.

It has been over a month and I still have not received the items. They over charged me $18 in taxes initially . It states made in USA but coming from Switzerland or foreign country ! Tracking the item has ceased . Do not use this company , it is false advertising and a scam .

TOTAL SCAM -What I received is not even close to what they advertised.

Ordered a complete set of mechanical nuts bolts and screws in a case. Order placed 2.5mo the ago. Order arrived 2 days ago completely different to what I ordered. Upon talking to customer services they tell me that the dispatch team work to the highest standards and check things thoroughly. Obviously not even after sending the picture of what I received and a what I ordered they still.could not agree that the order delivered was wrong.
Please be very aware if you do buy but if you want my advice DONT DO IT.

Absolute scamming bastards. Advertised as a brand name product but sent a cheap nasty unbranded knockoff that is just so bad!
Never.again.
