40% Conversion drop - Paid $1750
I paid for the 2.5k USD conversion audit. And I got a good discount of 750 USD.
Things started fine, but Jaka forgot to include feedback on some of the most important parts of my website. Additionally, I had some clarification questions on the points he gave me. Not much, thread could get as long as 2 back and forths. As a result of this, he already moved fairly quickly towards "end of scope" arguments, which didn't feel nice. Especially because he took really long to respond.
Eventually after I implemented everything, I saw a drop of 40% in conversion on my most important KPI on my branded traffic. When I emailed Jaka, no response. I realized he wouldn't want to help, so I asked for the refund which he promised according to his website. 4 times. Zero response. He never got back to help. Nothing.
I don't care if things go wrong. But literally ignoring after the results of the audit show a 40% drop. And not providing a refund when a refund is widely promised across the website, is just highly unethical to me.
I would never work with this person ever again in my life. But at least he taught me it's possible to take high ticket sales without featuring trustpilot across your website.
