First of all, I’d just like to thank our case handler Dominique. She’s been amazing throughout the whole process, from keeping us updated weekly to chasing estate agents and making sure everything kept moving along.

Ebony Higginson-White was assigned as our case handler throughout our house purchase and has been absolutely brilliant, as a FTB we have heard a lot of horror stories with conveyancing firms but our mortgage advisor suggested conveyancing direct so we went with it, our house purchase from first viewing took less than 8 weeks from offer to completion and a lot of that is due to the hard work Ebony put in throughout, she was reachable by telephone any time and would always take the time to update us on what was going on, what we needed to do and wasn’t afraid to chase the other side as and when required to ensure everything went through efficiently and smoothly.
