I think the customer review as a woman is Philip himself. As a YT reviewer that has reviewed for this person Like many other UK reviewers and found him to be less than a good vendor Please stay away from this single man outfit.
Have used several times and each time has been great. The last experience was what I can only describe is excellent, over and above what some would do. My product was out of stock online for the amount I wanted, but upon contacting them, they had some.more stock out the back which was sent all together (after I placed an order for what I could) and it arrived the next day.
All I will say is not good. Sent me out of date liquid so no quality checks done. Promised orders and never delivered and used so many excuses including one I found disgusting. He would lie to me on a regular basis and I felt very let down. Unfortunately should not be in the vaping industry the guy doesn't vape and used to ask others for stock recommendations. Stay away
Rubbish service with out of date stock. website photo's stolen from a competitor. The guy doesn't know about vaping and slanders other competitors. Doesn't always send out what you order, ie ordered an RDA it was out of stock so sent £35 worth of e-liquid but wouldn't refund money. Stay well away from this cowboy.
