Damaged item no refund yet

I paid £38.95 for a pair of insole. Left Insole damaged, unwearable, looks like it was mangled in a machine. According to terms of conditions I should recieve a full refund. Hannah, the advisor has not done this as of yet and has fobbed me off stating she will contact 'production'.
If matter is not resolved I will make a fraud report to my bank, contact Trading standars and other bodies. I would avoid this scam company.

First time to order with Conzuri

First time to order with Conzuri. The quality of shoes are great and the elevation increase is legit. However, I felt that I needed a smaller size so I had to return it. Chloe, the customer service agent helped me a lot from start to finish - from tracking shipment, to return and finally getting my refund. Great communication via email. Sometimes, there is a delay (about a day or 2) in response but she always comes through. I’d surely buy again once the shoe size I want is available online. Thank you Chloe.

Wore a couple of times and the shoe got slightly wet whilst walking and the shoe laces and eyelets all went rusty and ruined the whole shoe. I contacted confuti service and they offered me a new pair with a $30 discount. It wouldn’t let me know use this code with any other offers / discounts. Usually this would be seen as good will but as Conzuri known for discount codes on IG / TikTok / Facebook, I was better of using one of those codes as I could easily get a 10-20% discount on there. I informed them of this but nothing got sorted.

I bought the Vexors and rhodes and both…

I bought the Vexors and rhodes and both were super uncomfortable! Vexors would slip out and the Rhodes felt like wearing rocks ! Not only that but they didn’t give me a full refund I had to pay almost $100 to ship them back! What a rip off they said they couldn’t refund me the return shipping fee

Made things right

Ordered shoes the shipping company ended up delivering them to the wrong address , I emailed to verify the delivery and they sent me a picture to show it was delivered just the company that did the delivery sent it to the right number wrong street / area . They made things right and sent a brand new shipment

I stopped using AirForces’

Sometimes, one can never know what can change their lives until it shows up on their doorsteps. That’s what Conzuri to me is, I had already bought 3 different pair of shors from them and I can’t wait to get my next ones! The confidence you’ll get from wearing one of their shoes utterly priceless. You’re not just paying for the quality, you’re also paying for the great comfort, and elegance. As a tattoo artist being only 5’7, I’ve gotten a lot more respect from my clients whilst now standing 5’10. No-hassle returns are a huge hassle

I ordered a pair but it didn't really fit me. They went above and beyond and made an exception where they let me return them past the standard return window because the shoes were in new condition. Although it did cost me $60 to ship it which they don't cover. So I am out $60 and hours of my time going back and forth.
