COO Alliance Reviews 

The COO Alliance consistently over-delivers on its promises. Every session I attend I have pages of takeaways to start working through. Everyone is super welcoming, open and genuinely wants to grow personally AND help their peers do the same. As a new COO, the experience from inside the community that I've been exposed to has been invaluable - what a great investment!

Thoroughly enjoyed the time and had several conversations with my exec team counterparts the evening after the conference to talk through some of the items I learned. Everyone is super-excited to implement.

Recently joined COO Alliance and have already gained some really helpful tools and will benefit greatly from the diverse perspectives from this talented group.

Since being promoted COO I've had a challenge connecting with people on my level. The COO alliance gives you access to a great environment to ideate and be vulnerable, one of the most important attributes to grow.

Having the ability to bounce ideas off of other top COOs is invaluable. Having all of their experienced based input at my disposal anytime is priceless. Cameron is on to something amazing and the COO Allaince is just that.

In the short time, I have been a member of the COO Alliance it has already proven to be extremely valuable. The program offers such a wide diversity of seminars and material from industry leaders and fellow members. The support and idea-sharing from the community is truly amazing. It continues to provide me with the practical advice/tools that I can immediately implement into our business.

I enjoy the monthly online events as well as connecting with other COO's/VP's that have so much knowledge to share along with their unique experiences. I look forward to becoming more involved in the community as time goes on (and past covid!)

It's not easy to have peer discussion when you are COO. With COO Alliance, I found a great group of peers to interact with. I particularly like the remote monthly events and the and the chat tool that allows us to directly interact among each others between events.

I'm a newer member to COOA. I've found immediate benefit in the resource library, brainstorming with other group members on specific topics, and having such a responsive forum in Slack for questions. The format of the monthly call is very engaging with multiple peer breakouts for personal application. It's precisely the type of support Ops-minded professionals need and appreciate!

Great Mastermind to be a part of! The members are humble, smart and willing to educate and share their experiences.

Great opportunity for COO peers to share past experience and help each other - for a role that can at times, otherwise feel 'alone'. Cameron brings not only his entrepreneurial perspective but also his skills of public speaking and facilitation.

I recently joined the COO Alliance group and it has been an amazing experience so far. Their live event was first class and provided tremendous value. I am also impressed with their app that is so easy to maneuver in. I am looking forward to networking with other COO/2nd In Command members and leveling up in my career.

The COO Alliance is an amazing group of 2nd in command leaders, where you are comfortable to interact, network, and ask for help. Live events are filled with pertinent discussion and great speakers. Access to others who talk the same language is so valuable. The COO Alliance will not disappoint.

When I first joined COO Alliance, I was excited but also nervous as I had only experienced Masterminds that were designed for the CEO.

I've now attended both a virtual event & an in-person event and I can honestly say I've found my tribe. Everyone is welcoming, kind, and genuinely wants to help other members. Additionally, the caliber of knowledge within this community (Cameron, the speakers, & fellow members) is so powerful. I have left every event with actionable steps to continue building & improving the operations at AdOutreach.

I am so thankful that I decided to join. This has been an incredible investment & I am already excited for the next event!

I was looking for advancing my strengths in the COO role and this organization is the perfect place to achieve that! Collaborating with other COO's dealing with same issues in different industries is fascinating and eye-opening, and I believe a lot is to be learned as part of the COO!

I'm so glad I was finally able to join the COO Alliance. I've been listening to Cameron Herolds podcast for a while now and recently took the next step and joined. The community in the COO Alliance is amazing. The exchange of experiences is so beneficial. I'm learning, sharing, and growing my career all from the comfort of my office. The virtual meetings while not as good as in person are still wonderful. I look forward to each new meeting so I can continue to broaden my knowledge. Great group to be a part of.
