This companies customer service and expertise are both excellent! They have a huge range of appliances and I was able to find the perfect range cooker for my new kitchen, I called with some concerns as I was worried making this purchase online and they were very helpful, and I'm glad I did go through with it, I received it in the delivery frame specified, which meant it was here for when the kitchen was finished!

So stressful and feel so depressed as my family are coming to mine for Christmas Dinner.
I was very dissapointed with the way I was treated/ spoken to over email by the sales manager Melanie Raybould of this company .
I ordered a cooker hood from this company for my new kichen when it arrived the box was damaged .
yes I should have opened the box and checked it there and then but I had a lot going on building wise in my home so I just storted the box unopened in my bedroom unfortunately there was a delay in putting my kitchen in by 4 months my kitchen went in the box that had been stored safely in my bed unopened
It was opened for the frist time in side the cooker hood was damaged that my builder showed me on opening the box I then had to go out and buy a new cooker hood locally in order for the kitchen to be finished as soon as possible now. I straight away emailed this company to explain all of this and sent them pictures of the damaged item. Emails went backwards and forwards to Melanie Raybould sales team leader. I felt she was very dismissive in what I was saying using the words that's IRRELVANT her attitude and customer service was very sharp and unconcerning I was left feeling very disappointed with the whole way I had been spoken to and the situation was being delt with .
I do understand that it was down to me that I didn't open the box to check on arrival and there are company policies to adhere to but I don't expect to be spoken to and treated with the way I was not helpful in the slightest. I am now left with a cooker hood that Ive paid for and can't be used .I have read the good reviews on this site for this company after my situation arised but unfortunately in my case i was treated badly One very disappointed customer Samantha Hughes.
I had a cooker fire so had to source a new cooker. Melanie from this company was brilliant. she went above and beyond with the customer service and managed to source us a cooker that normally takes 6 weeks for delivery. unfortunately when the cooker arrived it had some marks on it that would not buff out. I sent her an email with the pictures and she was straight on to the company and has got it all sorted. Just 1st class customer care experience before hand and afterwards. We ordered the range cooker we wanted from them as they had it in stock (currently months to wait with many retailers). As it was an expensive item, I felt nervous about just ordering over the internet and wanted to ask a couple of questions. I phoned them and got through to them straight away. The team were very knowledgeable and friendly. My cooker was delivered by Kaboodle within two weeks. I had a choice of days and a call 30 mins before arrival. The guys who delivered it were really helpful, friendly and efficient when they fitted the new cooker and took away the old one. The whole experience could not have been much better.
Excellent customer service. We had been looking for a particular dishwasher for months but due to the manufacturing delays we couldn't find it anywhere. When I saw it was in stock with CookersAndOvens I emailed them to make sure it was definitely available and they confirmed within minutes that it was. I placed the order and had the dishwasher delivered promptly with excellent communication throughout. Highly recommend.
We love our Rangemaster and CookersAndOvens kept the Range we purchased for us until we were ready to receive it and it was then delivered when needed. Excellent service and everybody we dealt with were very friendly and helpful.
Would definitely recommend.
I bought this cooker 3 years ago nice cooker but every time I open the cooker door the heat burns my face any body else has this problem it so hot
I read the negative reviews of this company and was a bit nervous to buy from them. However, as they were the only ones having my desired appliance in stock I took a chance and I don't regret it. The order was processed quickly, the delivery company BJS delivered with no problems (again, quite a few bad reviews for them on the net) and the price was reasonable too. So if you are hesitating I would give them a chance, maybe the negative experiences of others are a thing of the past.

Bought a cooker with these guys. At first all was ok after sales is Appalling they have a warranty contract that they have no influence over with 0800 repair, who have cancelled on us 7 times with same excuse (No Parts).
I say DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this lot. Our cooker came damaged.
I tried to buy and oven and it was cancelled due to a company policy which the sales manager was too eager to intact. No call no discussion , nothing. Rubbish company and customer service, go somewhere more professional. Was buying with a UK company card and shipping to a UK address. But the manager was not able to use any common sense. Instead assuming we were trying to do some kind of scam. Awful experience. I bought from else where and they shipped it immediately.

Ordered a Neff telescopic extractor for our range cooker. The order took under 2 weeks to come. They called me to book a delivery date to suit me a week after ordering, once they received the item from the supplier. They text me either the day before or that morning to give me a 4 hour time window. Sadly the item was faulty, not their fault. Upon contacting the company, they were very apologetic and replaced it hassle free. Great service, would recommend.

Just so rude! If there is a delivery delay it should say through the ordering system and especially for ordering by phone. Customer services were so rude when I rang by chance to check delivery, especially saying as I hadn’t ordered our ovens (which actually were ordered with all of the kitchen appliances at once to save money ) Why were we ordering from them! Unbelievably rude. We ordered all of our appliances from Long Eaton who were brilliant!
Just replaced my flavel e60 oven because it went rusty after having for 2 years. Rubbish. Other than paint bubbling and rusting it was great to use. Got different brand now.

I thought I would write a review after panicking reading other reviews, we placed our order on the 27th of December, as it was christmas and the warehouse was closed I looked through the reviews and thought what have I done, we ordered a Neff induction hob and got free pans with them and the most amazing thing it was £300 cheaper then anywhere else, on monday the 6th January (first day everyone went back to work) they called me to let me know they have recieved my order and i will get a call from the delivery company, within an hour the delivery company called to say my delivery was booked for the 7th, they called again when they were an hour away as well as sending a text an email, all arrived in perfect condition, very happy customer!!
Very poor and misleading service indeed. I will never use this company again.
I ordered a dishwasher on Sunday 12th May and selected a delivery date of Friday 17th May, when I had heard nothing by the Wednesday I phoned the company to be told that because I lived in Scotland this was an impossible timescale, I live in Edinburgh not the Outer Hebrides, as they have to ship any appliances to the installer and I would hear early the next week. The following Wednesday I had still heard nothing and phoned again, the person who answered didn't seem to care that had I known it would have taken so long I would never have placed the order. I sincerely believe that had I not threatened to cancel the order I would still be waiting. This company does not deserve people's business and I will be using other companies in future who don't seem to think that Scotland is the equivalent of Outer Mongolia, and that their customers should just put up with their appalling service
Ordered a Rangemaster Range Cooker from this company because they were the best price that could get the delivery to me ASAP. Got a call from one of the sales girls after I placed my order & arranged delivery. Delivery was fast and efficient, driver was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and order again!
