The impossible task of sourcing a new oven door seal was made simple by Cooker Spare Parts staff terrific job.

The two grill elements arrived the very next day amazing I don’t now why but I checked the insulation resistance before I fitted them.They were both low with readings of 7.0 megohms and 10 megohms respectively I called the supplier and he said he would check the rest of the stock and he found the other elements had low I R readings I have returned these elements and I’m waiting for a refund.

Not sure it’s original as different to the one I replaced but it fits, works and arrived earlier than expected. Great 👍

Cooker replacement part was easy to locate and order, and considering I ordered over the weekend leading up to Christmas, it arrived in time to repair my customer's cooker.

After I ordered a part from their website based on the appliance model number and a picture of the part they displayed,I received a totally different part that can’t be fit on this appliance so I contacted them and the way they act was like I’m in the winning side and can just leave me with the wrong part which they sold it double of the price for that part and I asked for return link but never answered !! Rubbing people in bright day in the name of part selling!!
