Basket contents completely scrambled and owner tried to fix by sending only replacement cookies
I ordered one of their largest baskets of gourmet cookies to be delivered for my nephew’s first communion in Ashburn, VA by Friday (before the communion on Saturday). The basket was delivered on Thursday but its contents were completely scrambled as if it had been dropped and turned upside down. I immediately sent email to owner with the photos attached. I was able to touch base with owner named Ahmed on Friday afteenoon and he assured me he was going to check his email in 15 minutes to see the photos and fix the issue. On Saturday, I called again - he had not checked his email and it was too late to deliver a new basket but he agreed the basket was not in a good state and assured me he was sending a new basket by Monday. On Monday, he sent a basket with only 2 of the big cookies - while he did shrink wrap all the little filler cookies, it was not the basket I ordered. When I called to ask why he only sent 2 cookies and some filler cookies, he said he was only fixing the cookies that were missing or broken. However, I paid for a bouquet and the presentation advertised by the website, and it was important for it to be delivered as advertised because I couldn’t be there in person for my nephew. I wanted a beautiful bouquet to be delivered as advertised to make my nephew feel special. But now, it looks like I have only sent two ugly baskets to him. I am disappointed that their idea of fixing the issue was to send a partial basket. I would not recommend ordering from them if you need a reliable gift to show up as advertised.
