This is an amazing company. I have been with them for many years and many properties. I can't give them enough credit.
Thus far i am pleased. The entire process was taken out of my hands. The team at Coolair is incredible!!? Incredibly they now are a Primary Service provider for Home Depot? I didn't know they did that but my Goodness was it easy. The Technician that came out and explained everything to me was a very professional knowledgeable man. I received the utmost respect from Nick. He said for my home, by budget and my long-term return on investment he walked me through each detail. Listen i had no idea air conditioners do what they do now. And it make sense with the new green deal I guess the go for efficiency.
All i can say is i was met with dignity, honesty, and respect. The education crash course wasn't expected but Nick really brought us through each option. They offer financing through Home Depot!! I mean that's unreal!!! I waited until the install was finished to write this, I am so pleased with the way things turned out. I won't let another person go to a different company. Coolair Conditioning is the company to get it done right the first time. A relationship you can count on.
To those looking for a trustworthy AC contractor, too rare down here, call Coolair, seriously. My electric bill went down almost a full 35%, my house smells cleaner, my thermostat is set to 80 degrees and it's chilly! We had a large dehumidifier put on. Nick you are a life saver. Thank you for all your knowledge and skill!!

On New Year's eve day, I found a large puddle of water on my hallway floor near the AC unit. I was going to fly out of RSW in 2 days, and our seasonal tenants were going to arrive in 3 days. I needed to get the AC unit fixed fast. I called the 5 largest companies to request a technician - and got their answering services (only 1 company even bothered to return my call).

I spotted a CoolAir service truck in the driveway of a neighbor, and I asked the technician if he could top my place to 'take a look'. Knowing that it was New Year's Eve day and that companies plan their service routes well in advance, I fully expected him to tell me to 'call the office' and schedule an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised when he took my house number and said he'd stop over when he finished at my neighbor's place.

The technician, Ron B, showed up as promised and proceeded to spend almost 2 hours diagnosing the problem and fixing it. He was patient, thorough, a perfectionist in his work, and very friendly.

The fact that the service tech even had the option of spontaneously adding me to his service calls that day says a lot about the company and its culture. And it says a lot about Ron's desire to provide outstanding customer service. I immediately signed an annual service contract with the company.
