Delay in delivery
The delivery is delayed. I was promised next-day delivery, but that commitment was not met. This feels like an instance of over-promising and under-delivering. At the time of writing this review, I still have not received my order.

No fix for new washing machine leak
My washing machine started leaking after less than one year since the purchase. It took 6 weeks for someone to finally try to fix it. They never checked the fix and issue was still there. I’m trying to arrange it again but Coolblue is every time saying that someone will contact me within 2 days and it never happens.

I just received my washer and dryer and I’m very happy with the service. The promise “buy today, delivered and installed tomorrow” was fully fulfilled.
The two installers were very friendly and did a fast and clean installation. They explained clearly how everything works and informed me about my rights. I was kept well informed about the delivery time in advance.

Torn and Empty Package
I ordered an Ipad, keyboard and screen protector for my son as a Sinterklaas present to be received on pakjesavond. First the package was sorted incorrectly and was delayed.
On 05/12 at 16:42, I received an email confirming that the package had been delivered to my postbox. However, the delivery person did not ring the doorbell. I can confirm this with the ring history which shows no attempt was made.
A few minutes after the delivery I retrieved the package from the postbox, but the boxes were torn open. Only the screen protector was inside and the iPad and keyboard were missing.
I immediately contacted Coolblue to report the issue. I was informed that an investigation would be started with DHL and that this could take up to 10 business days. This was also confirmed in the email I received from Coolblue at 17:22 on 05/12.
After the 10 business days Coolblue only forwarded me the reaction of DHL which started the obvious that the driver confirmed he delivered the package.
I immediately responded to the email providing proof of delivery package broken open. I phoned Coolblue again they told me I have to wait 10 days before I receive a response to my email…
This is so frustrating and disappointing of Coolblue.
Oh btw every time you phone Coolblue you have to wait 20-30 minutes in the queue, probably people with the same issues…

The service is top-notch
I forgot to ask the name of an employee who helped me, he was bald and with a beard, if that helps.
He did an amazing job, and we had a nice chat about 3d modeling.
2 weeks without phone due to Coolblue’s mistake - no resolution
I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro on 29 November and received a sealed package with a damaged iPhone 16 instead. I contacted Coolblue immediately and followed all instructions (photos sent, multiple calls).
Almost two weeks later, I still have no phone, no update, and no timeline, despite this being entirely Coolblue’s mistake.
I’m paying for a SIM card I can’t use and I’m leaving for holidays in 4 days, which makes this extremely urgent. I’m willing to return the wrong phone and collect the correct one in-store, but Coolblue doesn't allow me to do so.
Very disappointing handling from a company known for customer service, even more considering I am a loyal customer.
