We have read your complain but we don´t quite find it justified., since the delivery time did NOT so far exceed, what we have promised you, when you placed your order.
You have ordered several products. One of the products that you purchased has a delivery time of up to 12 working days, which is clearly stated in the product description on the website.
This 12 days period ran out only Wednesday this week - one day AFTER you contaced our Customer Service. In other words - the promised delivery time had NOT expired at the time of your complaint.
Some of your ordered products has an individual delivery time of 1 day, but as stated in our TAC´s, if an order consists of both products from our Danish stock and products from our remote storage, we always wait till we have received the items from the remote storage and subsequently send the total order in once parcel.
If you want the items from the Danish stock earlier, we recommend that you separate the order in two - one for the items from the domestic storage and one for the items coming from abroad.
We respond to incoming e-mails as fast as possible and always within 48 hours.
Our Customer Service can be reached on the phone every working day for 2 hours.
Please contact Customer Service if the parcel still hasn´t arrived today Thursday, and we will track the shipment.

I couldn’t be happier. Ordered by deodorant (not available in Danish retail stores) and received them the very next day. Price was good (they were on sale) and shipping lower than I am used to paying. Gave 4 star because I have only used them this one time. Will definitely shop with them again.

Crazy fast delivery and great customer support! I ordered a game console on Saturday and got it delivered 4am Sunday morning. After some time there was a small issue with one of the controllers so i contacted them again and they imidietly sent me a new controller. I have to say Excelent service!
