UK2.net an exasperating server
I have had a website with UK2.net for 20 years and an email connected to it that was forcibly changed by them some years ago to include my domain recently with no notification from them there has been an email migration and now I can receive no emails or send them .. I have MS and a lot of health problems and although I am fairly ok with online procedures I cannot login into the uk2 control panel to get technical support I have changed my password several times and user name to no avail do cannot get technical support I have wasted valuable time hours wasted I am a senior practising artist wishing I had a decent server for my out of date website.. a neighbour who is an IT professional tried to login to my email server above he spent near 2 hours trying get the username and password to work and thought he had succeeded in the email migration but when I tried to login and open my mail no no new emails and I can’t send any and I can’t login to the control panel still for technical help I think I have to wave goodbye to this tedious server with lousy procedures my IT professional neighbour returned and succeeded in getting me logged into the migrated email now stack Mail however I lost all my contacts and wasn’t sure I could retrieve them I didn’t add them to my gmail account which was linked to my uk2 mail but after an hour contacts re appeared exasperating incomprehensible
