Need to remember that these are people's lives and not just buildings involved
While most of the time communication was ok, when we really needed it and thought that we were going to lose everything, they sadly let us down. Whether it was for 2 days or 2 months, if you believe that, having lost your buyer on the day of exchange that you have lost everything, having given up your jobs and probably losing the property you wanted to buy, that there are no offers coming in from the multitude of viewings. When in fact, offers had come in, but in their wisdom, Cooper Adams have decided not to even mention them until the prospective buyers have been fully checked out. It might seem a strong business argument but they are dealing with people's lives and emotions and need to remember that. After the second buyer came on board the sale went through very swiftly.

They are not helpful and don’t make you feel they are working for you with your best interest as a seller despite the fact you are the one playing them money.

Exceptional!
Having used the Cooper Adams East Preston office before, it was an easy decision to use the Rustington office to sell my late father’s property. I’d always found them professional, thorough & courteous. Once again I was not disappointed with my choice. Peter & Scarlett kept my sister & I in the picture at all times and guided us gently through the emotional journey of selling our dads house. Every viewing was accompanied & feed-back both good and bad was followed up swiftly. I would not hesitate in recommending Cooper Adams to anyone making a move. They had always offered excellent service, now I would class them as exceptional.
