Poor communication, order not fulfilled, but a full refund was received
The process from placing my order to receiving the shipping email was great. However, I never received my order. After sending many emails, messages via the Coproom site and Instagram, I finally received a response via Instagram with the offer of a full refund or a discount if I proceeded with my order. I requested a refund and Coproom honoured my request. A full refund was received.

I ordered the Nike Air Force 1 Low Supreme Wheat in size 40.5 that they had available. Shortly after placing the order they send me an email saying that it was a mistake and that they no longer had them available in that size. They gave me the option of sending me size 41 or refunding my money and also receiving a discount code. I answer them requesting my money and I still have not received any response from them or my money.

The shoes take a while to arrive but if you ask they respond quickly by instagram. They do not charge you shipping costs and once they are sent to you, it does not take long to arrive. In love with the Jordans that have come to me.
