As most of the reviews here already point out, the person supposedly managing this auction house is simply DISHONEST!!!

I should have read these reviews before trusting this so called "professional."

After waiting for more than half an hour outside a locked door, someone finally let us in, explaining that they had just returned from lunch... at 3:15 p.m., even though the office is supposed to reopen at 2:30 p.m.

After a rather cold welcome, I handed over the proof that my invoice had already been paid so I could collect my purchases. Following another half hour of "searching", even though the items were sitting in a display case right in front of me, I was told that one of the items had been SOLD TO MULTIPLE BUYERS, so they could not hand it over because they had made a mistake.

Despite providing all the necessary proof of purchase, I left an hour later without half of the items I had legitimately bought. 🙃

Dishonest, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. This terrible experience has taught me to check reviews carefully before placing my trust in just anyone.
