Although Fiona Copley sounds a nice person on the telephone, she has over promised and under delivered for over a month. This was in relation to a Lunch Party to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. As a result the party has had to be cancelled, since no other caterers can now make that date. You cannot begin to imagine how disappointed we are, having waited 50 years for this, and actually found one date when all our family and friends could get together. Well Thank You Fiona. I therefore suggest you avoid Copley Catering like the plague and do not use them under any circumstances.
