Ordered a multifunction printer from this site and thought I was saving about $25 bucks over everyone else. After I placed the order and they had billed my credit card, I received an email requesting that I contact them about the order. Upon doing so I was informed that the Canon I had ordered was not in stock, in fact they stated that no one in North America had the printer in stock. This was untrue and I requested a refund and successfully placed an order within an hour with another vendor. Long story short, they tried to sell me another, more expensive printer than what was advertised by them, and lied about stocks for other merchants in an attempt to keep me on their site. Most dishonest group I've run across in a long time, and will not recommend or use them for anything in the future. Buyer Beware.

I ordered an refurbished HP 4600 LaserJet. It was a great price at $169 and free shipping. I paid for the purchase on PayPal and waited for a confirmation. Unfortunately my email filter recognized it as a scam artist and tossed the confirmation in the spam folder. I should not call it a confirmation. They sent a message to say that I needed to call them to discuss the purchase. I called them about a week after the purchase to find out what was going on. I was told that they had emailed me (see spam folder) and called me several times. My phone records show no record of them calling (if they did call, they never left a voice message), although they may have called me and starting talking about a car warranty first as those where the only calls I did have from my phone log.
Anyway, they said that they did not have the 4600 in stock, but they did have a 4600N for almost double the price, plus shipping. $159 dollar purchase was quickly reaching $300+.
I politely told them to pound sand and refund my money. By the time on the refund, they had sat on my money for almost 1 weeks.
A week later, they are still advertising the same printer at the same price with free shipping. Must be waiting for another sucker to "upgrade" to what they actually have in stock.
I noticed on their website, they have several HP Color Lasers with the same style con. The base model is under $200 with free shipping. The same model with network support (4600n, 4650N, etc.) is roughly double the price with no free shipping (about $75).
No a very moral or legitimate business.

Buying online can be scary but this is a great seller that actually over-delivers. We are very satisfied and would not hesitate to do business with this company again in the future.

He informed me of my purchase and helped me switch to the correct printer that I needed. (I ordered a stand-alone and in reality needed a network capable printer). He saved me a lot of time by helping me and was very kind and courteous. Wonderful customer service experience.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. There are not too many companies out there that deliver quality merchandise in a timely fashion or give the customer support that is needed. Copyfaxes does just that and more!

This is the second printer I have ordered from these folks. They are quick and get the product right out to you......will use them again.

We ordered a $2200 printer, but were told that it wouldn't work without two other components that cost $900 more than the quoted price. Let me be clear, the $2200 printer will not work without the $900 pieces. Furthermore, the toner is priced about 1/3 higher than standard online outlets AND if that's not enough, what I originally tried to purchase for $2200, ended up costing $3921.95 when the final bill came through. Folks, these people are shady and should be avoided. When confronted to explain, they were unable and passed us off to another department to try and save the deal. Oh, if you want free shipping, you need to buy 6—yes SIX—units. Stay away.

The price reflected is only for the main component, which I am told will not run without another component that costs another 1/3 of the price. Then the free shipping displayed on the Google shopping site is replaced by a "call to inquire about free shipping" disclaimer. Of course none of this info is provided until after I've entered all of my information and submitted the order. Seems like a more transparent approach to sales is direly needed. Not even a lost leader, more like a false leader.

Never used Copyfaxes before, was looking for an identical printer to one I had (broken feeder), refurbished was fine as they did not make anymore, and found it through Copyfaxes....I ordered it, and a little while later "Sy" called personally and said he actually had a better one that had been rebuilt, asked if I wanted it instead.... said yes, that would be great, so long as all my toners fit....he assured me they would....got the machine, it is the same model except for the "n" whatever that's for! All toners fit, only had to download a new driver and I was all set. Seems to be working splendidly! Happy with the service, would recommend them!

We were a bit wary of buying a used DesignJet printer, but Sy made it easy and answered our questions fully before the sale. We paid extra for delivery service, but it was hand delivered with pride and set up in our studio by Steve, who was knowledgeable and helpful (we had to work out a new computer interface and he had useful suggestions). Then two printheads failed and Steve worked with Sy and the Service department to get us new ones quickly at no charge. The printer is working great and their service has been very good.

They go out of their way for you!!!

The first time I ordered a copy/fax machine with this company, I actually ordered through Amazon. The service was great, and the shipping was fast. Then I ordered a 2nd copy/fax machine. But this time, directly from the company; and again, the service was excellent! Copyfaxes emailed and called me regarding some questions I had about my order and had the items ready to be shipped the next business day. Top quality service all around!

These folks (it was Kevin, mainly) gave me super service through a nightmare situation. He was helpful from the start when I placed the order. Plainly he wanted to sell me a set of extra toner with the new printer. But, I resisted buying the extra toner, so he made a helpful suggestion to just get black replacement toner, because it runs out faster.

Then the printer arrived just before a holiday. I didn't have time to open the box for a couple of weeks. The set-up took a couple of days, fitting it in between work.

I eventually figured out it was damaged. I couldn't get it to print. So I had to call three weeks after delivery to ask for a replacement. He wasn't exactly happy about it, but he did the right thing and sent a replacement right away. It took about two days.

UPS was supposed to pick up the old one. He said they'd come in the next 48 hours. That stretched into a week. So I called him - right in the middle of the busiest part of the Christmas season. I'm sure he was not thrilled to hear from me. But, the old printer was picked up in two days.

It was a real pain in the neck for both of us, and Copyfaxes probably took a loss - but they did the right thing and didn't give me a hard time for the three weeks between delivery and my request for replacement.

I ordered a printer from Copyfaxes and about 30 minutes after ordering one of my employees got our existing printer working. I contacted Copyfaxes and they canceled my order with no problem, They had even installed a part in the machine I ordered and there was no charge to take the machine back to its original condition and no restocking fee. I have dealt with very few companies that were a easy to get along with as Copyfaxes!!!
