They Fail to Deliver

We ordered Christmas cards in plenty of time, or so we thought. Our small business sends holiday cards to our clients every year to thank them for their much-needed business, and when our cards from Cordial Greetings showed up with a glaring error, we called for a replacement printing. They repeatedly misinformed us for 2 weeks about the status of our order and when the cards kept failing to arrive as promised, they suggested we just cancel the order. This was less than 2 weeks before Christmas! It was disrespectful and terrible customer service. Order at your own risk.
