I've used Cornish Blooms several times to send flowers as gifts. I've never actually seen one of their bouquets but the recipients have always been delighted with them. I particularly like that the flowers are British and not flown over from Kenya or similar. I recently ordered a bouquet for my friend who is unwell. Royal Mail messed up the delivery - not the fault of Cornish Blooms but only they as the sender could sort it out. They replaced the order for free, no questions asked, and it was successfully delivered second time. I particularly appreciated Becci tracking the second order and checking in with me to make sure it had been received. Thank you!

I have had scented narcissus myself several times from this company, and also gifted them to other people.
I love scented narcissus and treated myself, also, at the same time I ordered the same for my Son and daughter in law. These flowers arrived next day but have failed dismally to deliver the pleasure I anticipated. They looked ok when arrived, tired, but 24 hours in the post that would be expected and I expected them to revive after a drink. However they were fit for the compost in only 4 days. I had stretched them out that long too! My son's were the same.

I contacted the company and received no reply.
However, this appears to be a strange case of lost emails.

I wrote this review on Trust Pilot, giving a 1 star review, which, for the quality of flowers and lack of reply I felt was justified.

The sequel to this is a very happy outcome.
Cornish Blooms had responded to my first email telling of the disappointment in the flowers. But I never received it. It is not in my junk folder.
But they responded to the Trust Pilot review, and asked me, through that, to contact them again.

I have received extremely positive and prompt replies, and they have replaced my flowers with no quibble.

The outcome is that my confidence is restored, and next January I will be looking forward once again to scented narcissus from Cornwall.

I really do appreciate the dedication to customer care they have shown, and we can both only remain mystified as to why I never received initial replies from them.

So yes, the bottom line is that I definitely recommend Cornish Blooms, it is a small family business, selling british flowers. What more could anyone ask.

I have just ordered a Bouquet of the Week in the absolute confidence that I will receive a delightful assortment of beautifully fresh British flowers. I ordered a similar bouquet of Narcissus and Irises last week - with the added bonus of daffodlils. They are still lovely. I was especially delighted to be able to buy Irises - one of my favourite flowers and particularly lovely with all Nacissus. Thank you Cornish Blooms.

After initially receiving flowers myself during 2025, delighted with them, I've since sent at least 5 or 6 orders to family/friends. The latest to close friends in midst of their medical concerns. My friend has sent a photo, stating the flowers are so lovely, scented and appreciated. I'm about to send the same to my mum as a pick u up. My son has been sending me scented narcissus every year for Christmas.
This year's arrived on 20th,they looked ok, & smelled divine.
On 20th,they are not wearing well.Still some scent,but looking scruffy &tired,although lots more potential buds.
Disappointing.

I love Cornish Blooms! I've been using them for several years because the flowers are wonderful and the service is brilliant. The only issues I have ever had have been with Royal Mail's delivery (just twice in all the orders I've placed), and both times, Cornish Blooms immediately sent a second bouquet at no cost to me, even though the error wasn't theirs. When this happened the first time, it was my husband who'd placed the order for flowers for me for our anniversary. Cornish Blooms sent a second bouquet straight away, so the house was full of flowers! I've used them ever since, whenever I send flowers to anyone. Highly recommended!

I found Cornish Blooms when I attended the Spring Garden Show this year. I have sent flowers and I have received flowers. All have been outstanding. The latest bouquet I received though didn't last very long. I reported that I was disappointed and the Company sent me another bouquet free of charge. Customer Service like this is what makes a company great. All round great company, great products and great prices - and delivered in a really pretty box too!!

Have used Cornish Blooms several times and the flowers have always been very fresh. Their service is excellent. Cannot recommend them enough. Also the flowers are grown on the family farm so no air miles.

These are the best flowers I have had in a very, very long time. I ordered a large mixed bunch recently. They arrived promptly and well packaged. They opened out beautifully and have lasted more than 2 weeks so far with a bit of weeding out and LOTS of water. They like a drink! How wonderful to buy flowers grown with care in this country. Highly recommend Cornish Blooms.

what an amazing company. I have sent 3 lots of flowers over the last few weeks, all recipients have been blown away by how beautiful they were, they have put it down to the good old Cornish air.
I also how to ask for a delivery to be expedited, and the team responded so proactively and positively, it reduced me to tears. I simply cannot rate the team or their flowers highly enough. Sincere thank you xxx

My daughter sent me the most beautiful bouquet of local, seasonal flowers from Cornish Blooms.
Packed in the prettiest box ( little Dot Art designed?)
The blooms were packed and wrapped tightly.
When unwrapped they were as fresh as if I had picked them from the garden in the last hour.
I have never received such a healthy, pretty bouquet.

I recently ordered two deliveries of scented narcissi to various parts of the country. Both were received the following day so really fast delivery. Both recipients said they smelt lovely and they were thrilled with them. I can’t wait to try some of their summer bouquets.

Treated myself to a beautiful bouquet from this small family business. I chose the seasonal bunch and am impressed with the variety and scent. Like gathering a small armful of wild meadow flowers - utterly charming. Beautifully presented, too. Took less than 24 hrs to arrive. Will be back for more.

My mum lives in Cornwall and appreciates supporting local business's. I used a google search and found this little gem. I ordered her birthday flowers and she was overwhelmed by how large the bouquet was. They were all seasonal flowers that were wonderfully aromatic and beautiful.

Flowers are ok but they were too late for my special birthday. My sister in law rang to complain and was told that you cannot specify what day they would be delivered. Sister in law challenged this very politely but the person didn't not seem at all bothered. It was very important that they were delivered on my birthday because I was going away the following day so they were not really much good to me. She did order them a full week ago so there isn't really any excuse. She would have at least expected an apology but it was not forthcoming. She will not use them again.

My critical review of Cornish Blooms concerned a poor bouquet of flowers. While the original flowers were deserving of my one-star review, the response from Becci at Cornish Blooms is equally deserving of five-stars! Following email contact to clarify the original issue, Becci quickly arranged for me to receive a replacement. Within 24 hours I was in possession of a quite lovely bouquet of Spring blooms. As I look at the flowers I am, again, delighted. Thank you Becci. Thank you Cornish Blooms.

Having received a delightful bunch of flowers from my son who had used 'Cornish Blooms', I have since used them. I have never been disappointed with their service or the flowers that have been delivered.
On this occasion the same can be said. My mum was over the moon, she wasn't sure if she had enough vases! They were delivered still in bud which means she will see them open. Thank you so much
