Was recommended to use this company for in hire plant insurance by cbl. Cornish Mutual neither answer the telephone except for putting you in a continues 6 choose loop none that offers in hire insurance, after 15 gave up with the telephone the email sent at lunch time is not answered

This is the worse insurance company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I should of run away at the quote stage as it took forever and the guy never had a clue, but I ended up sticking with it what a mistake. They are great at taking your money, but if you need to make a claim god help you they have no repair centres anywhere near you so be prepared to do all the leg work trying to get your vehicle repaired and once you have claimed they will refuse to insure you again.
