My order arrived nearly three weeks later, with no goodwill gesture offered. I also had to follow up on it via email several times.

Arrives on time. Nicely packaged.

The collagen pills are easy to take. The collagen powder also mixes well unlike some other makes and is easy to ingest. My skin looks much better. Less lined and not so dry.

I’m on the 100 day supply subscription of the marine collagen, I’ve been using it for years now and I love it! I simply put a serving size in my coffee every single morning (along with some protein milk) and it’s absolutely spot on. Doesn’t make my coffee taste weird at all which I found other brands did, and honestly the best part, it’s really very good value you for money considering some brands out there are charging the earth for half the serving size! I always recommend this brand and will 100% continuing using them for, hopefully, forever!

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with my usual subscription of Collagen powder. I emailed and had a reply back within a day. Customer service team couldn’t have done more to help, I am very grateful to the team for all their help and timely responses to my emails.

You were recommended by my daughter who is a long time customer. I didn't realise the benefits of magnesium with sleep.
I now seem to sleep more deeply.

I love CORREXIKO! The only reason I have given a 4 star rating is that the price is a little steep! The products I buy are the correxico collagen powder and capsules, the raw vit c and the omega 3 capsules.
I would highly recommend these products.

I have been using the Marin collagen for a couple of years now and it has amazing. I use it in the morning either with hot water and lemon or with my tea. I do feel more energetic in the mornings. Also I feel my skin looks hydrated and good, I do get many comments on how good my skin looks. I am continuing with this collagen and have introduced it to my friends and family.

Excellent customer service. I asked to cancel my subscription and they did it immediately

Great products - I have Marine Collagen in coffee to make it more palatable and take capsules as well, also Omega 3, magnesium and vitamin B12. Good customer service too.

I have now renewed my subscription to correxiko, as I left to try Elavate collagen as it combined both marine and bovine, and had many positive reviews - however within 2wks of using, my hair started shedding and my nails were breaking!
Elavate collagen didn't dissolve, it clumped and congealed in hot water - and according to Elavates own advertising, only "regular" (low grade) collagen does this!
Elavate were also not transparent about where they get the collagen from, what type and there was no information on how much bovine collagen was in their product.
It just seems they have clever advertising and a lot of free stuff that you dont need to sell a low grade collagen product - and their customer service was really slow to respond to questions about their product.
My only issue with correxiko was the non reminder of my subscription payment, so I've made multiple notes of when my next payment is due!

Their collagen is clearly of a high quality and I've added on their omega tablets as they are of a high strength and should be helpful for my fibromyalgia.
Their customer service is fast and helpful so I'm very happy to return to this company and continue my collagen journey with them 😊

I really like the transparency of this company and the thorough information they give on the types of collagen used.

I used them for 3months alongside their collagen capsules, I found the collagen powder tasteless and easy to mix into my drink - I've seen some reviews saying it smelt awful, personally I found it very pleasant smelling.

They only lose a star because they dont give you warning when they take money for a subscription - which I had forgotten was due and didn't have the funds ready.
That prompted me to cancel and move to a different brand to try, but I won't rule out returning.

The refund was fairly easy, they do charge you for original shipping and processing on returning the product, that's a little bit cheeky!
My refund was processed within 8 days of receipt of returning and communication was responded to within hours of sending.

For me, its a good company with quality collagen.

Product is good but is to expensive for me the lat powder was very very strong smell

Both the tablets and powder are easy to take and are tasteless. Delivery is always prompt and cant fault quality. Is it doing anything? I cant really say, definitely not a miracle but it doesn't hurt.
It woukd be useful to have a reminder for the subscription as you only get an alert when it has been despatched, when I probably would have preferred to delay it slightly. Also, poor customer service. I have contacted them twice over the past couple of years and never received a response!!
