I was assisted by Raton S. I described an issue I had with failing older hardware, specifically failing blue LEDs on older RGB fans. Even though the hardware was outside of the warranty period, Raton took the time to email back and forth to make sure we could come up with a solution. Raton ended up giving me a courtesy replacement for 3 fans, and took into account how I highly value keeping all my hardware controlled by iCUE. 5 out of 5 stars for Raton S, as they went above and beyond.

I am absolutely amazed at what this company has done for me to rectify my dilemma, and I most certainly did not expect to be treated so kindly. I am here to say Corsair has the best customer service I have ever encountered. It is a testament that there are still good, honest people who care. They are now my preferred go-to computer store and as I am retiring soon, I will be doing my next new build (my third, my first one lasted me 15 years with regular cleaning and updates, second one still gaming at full capacity). If you're spending REAL money, turn around and RUN.
First and LAST time customer.
I planned on spending $20k and I swear I couldn't beg them hard enough to take my money. Absolutely horrendous experience.
I was shopping for a new pre-built PC that could double as a gaming rig but have enough RAM to run lightweight AI workflows. The one that caught my eye was the VENGEANCE i8300 Gaming PC: Intel Core Ultra 9 285K, GeForce RTX 5080, 64GB DDR5, 4TB (2TB/2TB) M.2 SSD, Win11 Pro.
I bought 2 (I'm starting a business and need 4 total, and the sale was 20% off) because with those specs at that price, it was a steal. I also picked up 2 Xenon screens separately. Honestly, I landed on their site because I was trying to buy the Xenon screens, but then I stumbled on that pre-built at that price with those specs and thought, holy shit, this is my new PC provider for sure. Great products (from the looks of it) and great pricing.
I dropped around $600 on the small Xenon screens and then $8.5k+ on the 2 PCs. I figured I'd order the other 2 over the Memorial Day weekend when they might have even bigger sales on bigger PCs.
Then things fell apart.
When the Xenons arrived, only one was in the box. They claimed both were shipped, but when I asked for the SKU, they literally only listed one on the invoice. There is no way two were sent.
While that nightmare was unfolding, they cancelled my PC order over some fraud flag (kind of understandable since it's a new business card, but we should be good now, right?). They told me the only fix was to switch workstations and reorder the PCs, even after I spoke to multiple reps and verified it was a legitimate purchase.
Fast forward: days after my one lonely Xenon arrived, they still haven't shipped the missing one. And lo and behold, they sent me another cancellation, this time for the SECOND PC order they specifically walked me through creating.
Horrible service. All bots. You can't get a real person on the line, even when you're trying to spend up to $20,000. If you're spending the big bucks, this is NOT the place.
Trust me and save yourself the headache.

Guys, this is the company you need. Let me set the context: I accidentally broke my tempered glass panel and got in contact with the Customer Care team. I opened a ticket asking for that spare part and, of course, the bill. Little did I know that the glass panel was discontinued.
First, Mel H. helped me with the initial steps and the information they needed from my side. Then Gabriel C. was the one who processed the request. After a few exchanged messages, I discovered that the part was no longer available — BUT Gabriel decided to continue with a one‑time courtesy replacement for free.
I cried tears of joy because this has been THE MOST KIND thing someone has ever done for me. They have earned a new lifetime customer. From my point of view, this level of kindness in a company is impossible to find nowadays, so I’m going to be 100% loyal to them, regardless of whether it’s expensive or cheap for me.
Thanks to the entire Customer Care Support team — and to Blake B. as well!

AI terrible - corsair RMA people however were perfection
The AI on the corsair website was appalling and sent me round in a vicious circle, but once I got to deal with a human, who requested video evidence if possible of the power supply not working, then the process was smooth and the RMA went without a hitch. Overall the customer service was perfect, with both great service and an excellent solution.

Update: The support Ticket that they finally gave me 2008991046 which in all honesty was actually generic and stupid I talked to live chat multi times before finally saying I wanted a supervisor and guess what from what I could tell it was a faked supervisor going of the chat guy Blake email and repeating exactly what the Blake guy would say One as a client that purchased a item that sat in a import for over a week and being told by corsair that I wasn't allowed to have a replacement or allowed to return it intel I received and refusing to exoculate to logistic to get it out of import when I was on a deadline on getting my computer parts and getting 100% refusal from corsair is messed up and on top of that same thing with other items the flat refusal update on the shipping and going pass the delivery dates not one item not two items pretty much every item.
I ordered multi items from corsair for over a ten thousand computer build and dates of receiving merchandise would go by and there response every time here is tracking thing is they used three different services and every single item would show on way didnt matter if it was ups or usps or FedEx or the international one they all would not give a date and that was just a couple thousand from them for my order because I had to outsource other stuff every contact was same couldn't answer and didn't care
