I’ve bought a few things from this company now, and they are always great. Beautiful corsets, lovely helpful customer service, fast delivery.

Amazing company, great dresses and corsets and their customer support is out of this world! I was having trouble deciding the right measurements for my first corset and accidentally got the wrong size. Had to contact customer support and decided to do so on Facebook, thinking that it will probably take 3-5 business days to get back to me. Nope, they replied by the end of the day, had a replacement sorted and shipped and made the whole ordeal super stress free! As a result I got a super stylish black underbust corset that is literally my favourite accessory to any outfit as it really outlines and compliments my figure without being too restricting (I wouldn’t run in it but had no problem on a 12hour retail shift). I then got two pink matching dresses for my me and my mum and although I thought it looked gorgeous (I wore it for Halloween and got so many compliments I felt like an actual princess), my mum wasn’t happy with how it fit her so she asked me to return it. Due to Covid and everything I was out of the country and couldn’t return it in time but when I contacted customer support again they were super understanding and actually extended my deadline!!!! Honestly I am so grateful and they’re such a wonderful company I couldn’t recommend them more!

I have had a first rate service from this company. The quality of the corsets for the price is exceptional. I have had to make returns a couple of times, purely due to fit or them not suiting me, and these have been processed promptly and with no hassle.
I am addicted to corsets due to Corset Story! Do not hesitate to order from them. Excellent.

The customer service and delivery has been excellent across the last few years I have been buying corsets from this company and the product quality has been very good (even though I am on the large size being tall and... not slim ) - I have never had any issue with getting a style I wanted delivered in my size and to fit me well.
It takes a while to wear in or season a corset so these are quality built to last for years.

I had a great experience with this company. I ordered online and wondered, as we often do, about sizing, quality, customer service, etc.
I'm pleased to say that I ordered 4 corsets that were part of an offer and they came very quickly, less than two days and less than I expected for sure. I received updates too which is helpful to feel at ease about your online purchase.
The corsets were of amazing quality, though I had ordered a smaller size hoping it would be the right one. Which wasn't. So, I changed the 3 at different times for another size or for another design as I didn't like how the design of one of them looked on me.
The exchange was easy. I put it back in the same bag which was perfectly good to return in, there was a code in my order, took it to my corner shop that does returns and they sent back the new ones.
No questions, no problem, no hassle.
I love the designs, the quality and they look very elegant.
I bought another cheap one somewhere else, but the lace or something didn't allow it to stay as tight as this ones.
Well worth the purchase.

I am a regular customer i think im hitting the 14 corsets collection mark now and have only had amazing customer service one time i was sent wrong size and the correct size was sent out the next day with apologies and i returned the incorrect one this company has excellent communication and quality is amazing too

5 star experience! Their corsets are beautiful and incredibly well made and look fabulous on. Their customer service team are so kind and helpful and are always a joy to converse with. Shipping is very fast to mainland UK, I ordered Thursday evening and received my package on Saturday morning.100% recommend, I’ve got a few of my friends to buy from them :) I don’t buy from anywhere else for my corsets!

The corset pins got damaged after one use. I did not get my money's worth despite trusing the company and hoping that my first time of buying online will be good. I feel bad and sad about it, I will not be doing any online order from the company or any other again.

I placed my order and due to me slightly dense I put the sizes in. I rang the company after delivery and explained they said no problem we will you a txt simply fill it in and send it back, even I could get this bit right. The next day the documents arrived for the return, I got the parcel ready and arranged for pickup. I then txt the company to say that the parcel was with the courier. This was a Friday and by Tuesday my correct size corsets were delivered.

Incredibly quick delivery of exactly what was ordered - unfortunately the corset was too big (good fault!) but the returns process could not have been easier and I have ordered two more corsets. Fabulous choice and easily navigated website

I found it hard to get into corset at first being by myself and a first time corset owner, but after a couple of goes got it on ok - it is a bit big around the bust area but just need to lace it tighter as I get used to it, and it to me - all in all a nice corset and look forward to both of us fitting well at the end of seasoning.
