My car was carefully inspected before pickup and after the drop off which made me think they cared about the condition of my car and were accountable. The drop off and pickup times are super last minute though, so 4 stars because I felt like I had to keep my schedule clear for days on end. The people dropping off and picking up my car were nice and professional.

I’ve used Corsica Logistics for years and shipped dozens of cars with them. They’re always on time, competitively priced, and I’ve never had any damage. Totally reliable and efficient.

Never again!!! They are apparently a broker for the actual auto transfer companies. J & A TRANS LLC was the company they gave the job to transfer my car to another state. When I spoke to Ryan from Corsia Logistics, he told me that 100 pounds of personal items was included with my quote. The driver came the day after he was supposed to come to pick up the car and upon picking it stated that there is more than 100 pounds in the car (not having weighed it or anything). He pushed back the day he was supposed to bring the car to me twice, causing me to have to push back the day I was using the rental car and had to pay additional fees. He then said that I owed him $200 extra because the items (using his eyeballs as a scale) were over 100 pounds. I spoke with Ryan and Corsia about it and Ryan said that the items seem to be 200 pounds from the pictures he sent him, and that the items were supposed to be in a suitcase in the back of the trunk and that the items I have were obstructing the view of the driver and he needs to see through my car in order to drive. I said all of this you did not mention, and is not in your contract which by the way he sent me AFTER I made a deposit. Also, they can charge whatever fee they want because there is no weighing that is done or gauge price to say if your items are 50 pounds over this will be the fee etc. They just pull an amount out of their behinds. Than on top of that J & A TRANS LLC driver had the nerve to text me a nasty message asking, “Do you understand that there is a $850 balance.” Furthermore, he did not want to come deliver the car directly to me, he said that he is not allowed to as he has a big truck and can’t turn into my area. He tried this with my family when he was picking up the car. So they do not want to deliver directly to you because its more convenient for him. The street I’m on bigger trucks than his come down all the time. I had to use an uber to get my car. J & A TRANS LLC count your days! I was hoping that using a car shipper would make my life easier but they made it more stressful and expensive. I would not use Corsia again, they lie and are scammers and will make your move a nightmare!

These guys are the BEST! I have worked with several reps over there and they are fantastic. They work quick. they fix problems if they arise, and they have earned my business at my dealership. I would highly recommend them.

In my case I needed a vehicle delivered from Sacramento CA to Missouri after purchase from dealer. Received a call from Corsia and arranged the details of the shipment. I was amazed at the speed of the Corsia service when contacted by the dealer who informed me that the car was picked up within two hours of the contract agreement. Further, the vehicle was delivered in only two days, wed. to friday, which was totally surprising quick delivery. Very happy with the service supplied and would recommend!

Corsia was able to connect me to a driver really quick. A few scheduling adjustments needed to be made prior to pick up, and their customer service was exceptional.

All instructions were clear and straightforward, and all my questions were answered kindly and thoughtfully.

The third-party company that drove my car arrived at the destination one day early. Obviously that’s out of their control, but it was a little tough logistically to find someone to pick up my keys as I was not at my destination yet.

The team at Corsia was communicative and followed through on securing what seemed to be a good price with a reliable driver. The driver I was matched with, Anthony, was exceptionally friendly and kind—he helped make a stressful move much more pleasant!

Had a great experience with Corsia. Clear and concise communication and someone was always able to take my call. My car was delivered one day earlier than expected and at the exact price I was quoted. It arrived in the same condition I handed it off in. The drivers were friendly and professional. I did have to meet them at more accessible locations due to the size of the truck and road access near my addresses, but that was understandable and everything went smoothly. Would use them again.

Had my 1966 impala shipped via Corsia, they showed up as scheduled made paying easy with credit card so it was less shady in an industry I am not familiar with. Car arrived on time and not damaged at all.(chose enclosed trailer shipped from Florida to Washington state)

This was so easy! It’s the second time we have used Corsia Logistics to move a car from one coast to the other and they made it simple and easy. The cars arrived in perfect condition and on time. The driver communicated with us openly and arrived on time to load and unload.

Honestly, this company was very communicative. Whenever I texted them, they’ll respond back within 10 minutes. The driver was very thorough. I received pictures of where my car was parked along with the picture of who he gave my keys to. 10/10 I will be a returning customer.
