Corstorphine Bed Centre 

Needed a bed for a tenant at short notice. Spoke to the Corstorphine Bed Centre on a Friday and they were able to deliver and set up a good quality double bed for the tenant when they moved in early the next week.

Excellent service.Great delivery .Assembled and very helpful boys!!

We have bought two beds during different stages of the lockdown from Corstorphine beds.
I can confidentially say that their customer service is second to none. Bed chosen and paid for, delivery exactly when promised and the old bed removed. I would certainly recommend for anyone within 30 miles of Edinburgh.

They also offer to turn mattress which is such a good service for older people .

They delivered as promised , and with a smile. Only adverse comment is that when we visited the store, we did once get information that some beds were not available even though they were promised (and delivered) via online.

From the minute I visited this shop I knew it was a good move. Customer service was 1st class, questions asked and answered with no fuss or bother, big range of mattresses on show along with a variety of bed frames. Delivery and old mattress pick up arranged. Delivery men were excellent, very polite and helpful. Huge Thanks 👍

This company was marvellous. Nothing too much trouble and even offered me a service of turning my mattress for me in the future if it was too heavy for me. Exceptional service. Ordered and delivered one day later.

Why would I go anywhere else! It does what it says on the tin! So so helpful in the shop. Didn’t try to make me spend more money than I needed to as was buying a mattress for spare room. Fast efficient service. Ordered one day, came the next and took everything away including old mattress - no charge for delivery or removal! A small but great company - won’t go anywhere else now, highly recommend.

I ordered, I paid......the exact item was unavailable they contacted offered an equivalent replacement and delivered on time (and pleasantly ...an added bonus) .........did exactly what they said they would .......full marks no possible cause for complaint!

And a bonus that they will take away your old bed and dispose of it for free, saving you a Council uplift charge.

Customer service wasn't great so they lose a star. Having said that, they are friendlier than the Leith Walk bed shop.

I am very grateful for the help I received from Corstorphine Bed Centre. Staff are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help. I was able to order over the phone and my bed was delivered extremely quickly. Its a well made, strong, comfortable bed and I am very pleased with it. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Bed was delivered in good condition. They even carried it up three flights of steps with no extra charge.
