Very disappointed with the quality of a £700 carpet we purchased in May 2025. After only six months of normal use it already looks worn, bobbly and discoloured, and it doesn’t vacuum well at all. We originally planned to buy a wool carpet but were persuaded by the salesperson to choose a “more modern” recycled plastic option, which in hindsight was a mistake. For the price, we expected far better durability. I have emailed the company to try and resolve the issue but have received no reply.

The company really have an attention to detail and have incredible patience and design expertise to help you make the right design decisions. The end product which in our case was a full kitchen was to an incredibly high standard.

Couldn't be happier with the service, design, support and professionalism of Cosi.

What a great team!

The team at Cosi living Slough, done an absolutely fantastic job in helping us complete our outbuilding. We had some ideas of what we wanted ,gave them to Gurj and he done the rest. The tiles he used in the wetroom, along with all the fittings exceeded our expectations, he certainly knows his job. As for the living area he advised on a white marble tile ,which i must say looks absolutely gorgeous.
We shall be going back to Cosi as soon as we start the home renovation. The reason being that we have complete faith in the team at Cosi.

I have had a great, positive experience with Cosi Living and Cosi Carpets.

We have ordered our kitchen through this Company and Harman and the team have been very helpful throughout the whole experience. They have listened to what we wanted and made any changes we had requested.

They have also provided our flooring throughout the house (tiles, laminate flooring and carpet for the stairs). Again the team have been amazing. The customer service has been exceptional and even when we have made last minute decisions, they have delivered the products in a timely manner.

I would highly recommend this Company. They are all very professional and have an outstanding level of customer service.

I started using Cosi Carpets back in 2007 and very regularly since for my carpets and have always been given the best, professional and amazing service by Binda who looks after the carpet division. It was Binda's whole persona and demeanor that wanted me to buy from him. He (and his carpets/service) were impeccable and exquisite that I recommended him to all my family, friends and business associates who now also use Cosi. A truly humble and kind person.

So it is great to see the business now expand to include bathrooms, kitchens, blinds, tiles etc.

I have not used the kitchens element as of yet but have recently just purchased a bathroom which is led by Harman. A real genuine, humble and knowledgeable person who really went out of his way to not only supply us the best bathroom (at a very competitive price) but he really went above and beyond and helped us draw the plans for the bathroom which wasn't his job to, but he still did it out of pure kindness and customer service.

On one occasion there was a slight issue, this was rectified immediately within 24 hours.

Working alongside Harman and Binda are the most amazing team including Cash and Amol and every single person makes their effort to say hello and welcomes you in the showroom (which is amazing you have to just go and see it).

This really is a well run business who only supply excellent reliable sturdy products. They are passionate about providing quality over quantity. We have just purchased a new bathroom and certainly whenever I am in market for a new bathroom/carpet for my BTL properties, Cosi Living is the only place I would go to. Super company with very kind, knowledgeable and attentive staff.

They also have a separate business Trade Point which supplies generic bathroom/plumbing bits and pieces, again very well run.

True hats off to the whole of Cosi Living team! They are reliable, contactable, return calls when they say they will and most importantly they deliver on customer service and excellent products.
