Very unprofessional and potentially unsafe to deal with
They have been extremely unprofessional and uncooperative. We have not received any reply from them since October, despite contacting them through both email and WhatsApp. Based on our experience, their behaviour raises serious concerns and makes them appear suspicious.
They also claimed they could provide a “letter of authorization,” which does not seem legitimate.
I strongly advise others to use extreme caution and avoid dealing with them, as their actions suggest they may not be a trustworthy supplier.
