No Refund

I ordered 07/05/2022 Perfume for $106.22. 07/11/2022,
the order was cancelled and "the product cannot be reordered at this time". I have received no refund for my money. I texted asking for my refund but have not heard from them in Miami. If not, I will notify BBB in Westchester, NY and/or contact my brother's Law Firm, Lynn Law Firm, Syracuse, NY

This company is the worse

This company is the worse. I ordered online from walmart.ca I paid $44 for a package of three Palmer skin success fade cream they only deliver one. I called walmart like ten time for the last two months with no result. Eventually someone from the company sent me an email stating my shipment was delivered in September which is partly true... with only one item. I am pissed off if I had known that this lousy company was based outside Canada I would not have ordered from them. I am not going to give up, it is my right to get what I paid for
I send emails after emails with no answer from them.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! You will be sorry you did. Absolutely disgusted by their attitude.

Good experience

I was a little bit nervous when I placed the order via google express because of many negative reviews, but to my surprise the package (Hermes Terre) arrived within 4 days and it is virgin product with all labels.
Great purchase for much lower price.

Terrible experience

I ordered 2 perfumes from this site. I placed the order on 8.30 and till today 9/6 I have no updates as to when my order is going to ship. I called customer service who told me that she would not know when my product will ship. She offered to call me back 5 days ago after she spoke to the warehouse that was going to ship my order. I have sent 2 emails asking where my stuff is, but till date I have recieved no replies. This is bad customer service. If I do not get my product within the next week, I will report this company to BBB and initiate a dispute with my credit card company.

Not to be trusted

Here's my letter to Amazon.com about this vendor
I have
used a lot of harsh words in regard to this seller, like dishonest, and
crook. You decide if I am justified in calling them such things. This seller
persistently sends the wrong item, and especially the wrong quantity (1
instead of 3, or 2 ml. instead of 2 oz.) This amounts to cheating the
customer on shipping, even if they give a refund on the undershipped
quantity. I may not want to buy 1 7oz bottle of Vitalis for $6.99 + 7.70
Shipping & Handling. So I buy a 3 pack of 7oz vitalis for $7.99 + 7.70
shipping. But cosmeticmall.com doesn't care about that. They send whatever
they want, and leave it to the customer to stew, and spend hours complainng
and letter writing in order to get what you should get just by clicking a
few times and paying for your order. According to their feedback they do
this in about 1 in 20 transactions, and I'm not persuaded that customers who
are refunded are satisfied with the amount of the refund. I would want 2/3 of the total I paid (including shipping) to be refunded if they sent me only 1/3 of what I ordered. If they aren't going to do that then they should ask the customer, before they ship, if the customer is willing to pay a higher unit price based upon the total with shipping. Also, I'm sure that their feedback doesn't reflect the full picture, because if cosmeticmall.com
weren't profiting from this behavior they would stop doing it. The feedback, and my personal experience indicates that they blame everyone but themselves. The customer got it wrong, amazon put the wrong picture in their listing, amazon put the wrong description in their listing, they can't help it if the American branded is shipped from Hong Kong (keep the Chinese poison products scandal in mind - I wouldn't buy food or cosmetics made in China). cosmeticmall.com is sorry that they don't respond, they don't know their mailbox is full, they changed their system and that is the cause of delays, they relocated their warehouse and tha
