Great firm to deal with, low prices and rapid delivery.

I now request your company to refund my AUD $334.07 For my order #404000012690 place on 1st November 2025. You keep telling me you are waiting for the carrier’s response. Your company lacks responsibility on customer service by keeping telling me you are waiting for from carrier, what if your carrier not response you in a year, is this means you I have to wait for a year from you? I have never ever experienced such company like you! This is a scam ! I requested you to refund the money to me immediately!

I placed an order with Cosmetis in March with a shipping address in the USA. After waiting for four months with no delivery and no updates, today I received an email telling me that my package is in Colombia and that I need to pay Colombian taxes to receive it!

I never authorized shipping to Colombia — I never even ordered to that country! This is clearly a scam — they take your money and then either do not send the products or try to trick you into paying extra fees for shipments you never requested.
Avoid this website — it is completely unprofessional and fraudulent. I will be reporting this to Google, consumer protection agencies, and my bank.

I ordered avene products from their Canadian site that aren't available in Canada . I placed my order on a Monday and received it by UPS delivery on Friday afternoon. I got a tracking number within 24 hours . Considering this comes from Europe and came in 4 days is by far excellent service.

Despite reading mixed reviews for this company, I decided to order vitamins that were unavailable on other sites. Price was good but of course delivery charges are high because coming from Portugal. Anyway delivered by DHL in 2 days. Excellent labelling and packaging. Couldn’t ask for a better service.

Customer service is terrible. I’m still waiting for an answer after a week…

I bought 5 products online (order no. 12000207132) with 72 hours delivery on the 18/4/2024, knowing that I will be on holidays, I wanted to take some of the products with me. I received a parcel more than a week late on the 29/4, which eventually had to be picked up by someone else, and when I got home I found that it had 4 products instead of 5. My email to customer service on 5/5 was answered by a reply that they were not available. I have had virtually no response in nearly two weeks.

EDITED: After my review here, the company contacted me and corrected the error by sending the missing product. Sadly, they did not respond to my earlier email, so unfortunately I am left with the feeling that customer service is not really working, to say the least.

I have paid for my order $155.
I have not received any products.
I have emailed them 4 times. No reply.
The CTT EMS show’s products delivered to someone in Portugal. And I live in Qatar.
I did not receive anything. Huge scam

I was looking for an online shop that sells Skin Ceuticals and Caudalie products that ship to Japan and came across Cosmetis. I was bit weary ordering from them as I’ve never heard of the shop before. Nonetheless, I placed an order and the products arrived. I was disappointed when I received the Skin Ceuticals serum packaging dirty and damaged. I was even more shocked to find the serum was only 70% full although it was sealed. I immediately contacted Cosmetis customer service to request for an exchange along with photos of the damaged product and was issued a full refund without having to return the item. I am very satisfied with customer service and the prompt action they have taken to address the issue. I have ordered from Cosmetis twice afterwards.

i have received only half the products in my order, sent mail mentioning the same, sent reminder, nobody replies. at the end i lost the money by for paying for the products. order number was 406000009241.

it took two weeks for them to pack the items, and finally when i got the order, many items were missings, one product was leaking.

Cosmetis has resolved the issue I faced with the order.

I made an order a couple months ago, they didn't do the paperwork necessary for it to go through customs so it got stuck and I couldn't do anything about it... I tried to contact them directly multiple times but they never answered. In the end, I had to go through Paypal to open a litigious case on the transaction. The resolution process lasted more than a month and in the end they apparently gave paypal a proof of delivery ... I never saw the package or products ... SCAM!

Placed an order with Cosmetis- They deposited my money but did not send me my order- I have sent 6 e-mails to Cosmetis asking where my order is? Asking them to contact me- today I checked again at the post office and they have received nothing from them- I e-mailed again today and they have not responded- I believe I have scammed!

I ordered hair products from Portugal - Cistitone Forte Hair and Nails Revitalizing Capsules 3x60 and they arrived within 9 days. I have ordered these products twice on different occasions and both times the order arrived promptly and well-packed. I am very happy. Use Royal Mail - the country's postal service rather than a courier; as I think customers that try a faster delivery service where it then goes to a courier that has delivery problems. . Delivery via Portuguese and British Royal Mail was within 7 days one order and 8 days another order. I am very happy. Thank you

Products arrived quickly and were well packaged. I saw a few negative comments before ordering and was a bit worried but everything went well!
It's easy to use their website and their products also have good prices.
