Toilets in Newton Abbot at the kingsteignton store are disgusting why isn’t there a cleaning sheet put up so every member oof staff signs to say they have checked them,I really think this should be done.

Hi I've been going to wisbech drive thru costa they are excellent Always they put my sweetners in every time Always hot 🔥 and creamy just how I like it well done to all staff brilliant regards karen 😊

Just been to Costa in Croft retail park, only to be met by the most rude and argumentative staff member named Jess.
I asked for a single shot skinny latte extra hot for my friend, and she said I need to know what drink you want. So I repeated the order and stated I wanted it medium. I then asked for a medium latte with an extra shot, and she quite rudely said it already has an extra shot in it we do two, I did have to ask her to repeat herself as I didn’t quite catch what she had said, due to her accent. When I heard her I then responded yes I’m aware I wanted 3. She then rolled her eyes at me and the other staff member took over to take payment.
I have to admit I’m not used to this kind of service at Costa as the staff a Birkenhead pyramids are so helpful and always smiling. This girl Jess was rude and Combative.😞

I've been a regular customer at Costa for many years. I like the coffee, the service is always pleasant and generally all good. But..... today I paid £6.05 for a Chicken and Bacon toastie.

I know that energy costs have gone up, and staff costs, but £6.05 tells me that it's the last time I'll be buying lunch at Costa. The toasties are nice, but they're not THAT nice !

Costa’s new cafe on the outskirts of Norwich is amazing! All the normal drinks, sandwiches and goodies are available as you would expect and the staff are amazing! So friendly and helpful, this is our new favourite place!

What a fabulous Costa, we visited on a Saturday for brunch and high tea later , as we were at a local festival. Lovely atmosphere, fresh, clean comfy indoor, casual seating outdoors too if needed.
Excellent value piping hot latte and super fresh tasty good value sandwiches, toasties and sausage rolls. What also made this visit great was the friendly, polite fabulous service from Jacobb, so welcoming , caring and affable. He should be spolighted as how staff should be with customers. An absolute pleasure yo visit all round. Well Done

I would like to make a complaint about my experience at Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre.

I visited one of the coffee outlets and wanted to redeem my free latte voucher. After ordering a coffee at the till, I was informed by a member of staff that I could not use my voucher because “too many people had already used it.”

I found this explanation unacceptable. The voucher was valid and I expected it to be honoured according to its terms and conditions. Refusing a valid voucher because other customers had already redeemed theirs is unfair and misleading.

I would appreciate an explanation of why my voucher was not accepted and what action will be taken to resolve this matter. I would also like to know whether I can still redeem my voucher at a later date.

I look forward to your response.

Most disappointing, ordered 2 salted carmel frappes as treat, which i have had before and usually good, Costa Erneside, Enniskillen. On this occasion many customers after me got their orders first. Finally got them and they were just like cold milk, watery, the flake was rolling about in bottom of cups. If you can't make it right just open your mouth and tell me, could have changed the order. £11 for flavoured milk.

De big dishes, sate.. the arripa, the pastries. Its all with gooood flavour. And beautiful tastes. Better then my moms cooking and she cookss great. Een 11/10 geweldig!! Beter elke keer weer

Costa have decided to remove the raisins from their flapjacks and change the recipe. Used to love these and would eat several a week. Utterly vile now. Dry and stodgy.

Not surprised to see so many 1 star scores. I've just had terrible service in Costa, Marple Stockport.Waiting over 15 minutes for a takeaway cappuccino that never arrived. A couple who ordered after me were served first. I got a refund and won't be going back. 6th June 2026

I went to a Costa drive through in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire. When I asked for sweetener to be put in, the young lady at the window said they were not allowed to open the sachets and put them in, so I was given the sachets and had to stop the car up the road and add the sweetener myself. That's like having a MacDonald's drive through and being given the bun and burger in different containers and you needing to assemble the burger and finish the job yourself. What is the point in a drive through coffee shop if the product is not ready to consume on pick up? Totally pointless. The coffee, a latte, was gritty.

Visited Costa on Penarth road Cardiff today. The barista was more interested in her aura than making me the coffee I asked for. She took ages and couldn’t be bothered to fill the glass.

Lady called Linda served me at heswall costa and I can honestly say what a lovely, warm and welcoming character she is. She is so full of life and has made me and every other customer so happy. She knows her regulars but is also so interactive with anyone she greets

Use to be a big fan of Costa but not now , way overpriced and coffee as now gone very weak .It’s now cheap to have a pint of beer than a coffee . Costa get your act together or you will just be a another company that went bust ,remember your customers are king not your shareholders

I came in by myself to get a latte to stay in which was no issue, and it tasted good. The problem was when my boyfriend arrived, he went to head over to my table as we usually share a coffee in the afternoon but before he barely came in he got shouted at about having to order his own drink and gave him a 5 minute time limit before he would have to leave. It would be fair enough if he was taking up a separate table without ordering but they were instantly accusing and rude and he felt uncomfortable with sitting with me so he left.

To add, this was on a rainy day when the shop was practically empty, we were not disruptive and did not take more than one table to share.

Coffee’s good and food fresh but the staff have maybe had a charisma bypass. Hard to get a cheerful welcome at this branch!

at 12.30 food consisted of 6 roll no sandwiches or toasties .Waited over 5 mins for latte.

There’s only half a cup of your new velvetino, you should put it in a REALLY small cup. I won’t be having one of these again and will not recommend the either
