My Costumes4Less experience was unacceptable. I did not experience unreasonable or rude conduct as I received no response from Costumes4Less at all. I received my order in a timely manner, however it was not the costume I had ordered. I tried contacting customer service several times to let them know I received the wrong costume and would like to make an exchange. I received no response. Ebay made it easy to return the costume and I received a refund, but I was very disappointed with my experience. I will not order again.

I complained about corroded batteries in my daughter's costume. Instead of crediting my credit card, I got a storr credit. Store credit really only helps your site. I will NOT be purchasing again, nor will I reccommend your site.
