Defective product right out of the box. Minimum of 30 days to rectify issue
Originally, I received my order in a timely manner. However, when I opened the package I found there to be a major electrical issue. I did contact Costway right away and received a reply after about 18 hours that they would need to contact the manufacturer to get the battery components replaced. This is projected to take an additional 30 days at minimum. Timeline to actually be able to USE the product from time of purchase to first time use will be nearly 2 months. Not completely Costway's fault, although I feel more could have been done to rectify the issue faster. Time will tell - as it stands, our summer will be half over by the time my kiddo gets to play with his new toy

Pink canopy shelter purchased. Construction is traditional stitched and reinforced tent material. The leg and structural supports/tethers are industry standard. Great colours that can be seen easily for kids, elderly or market vendors. Suggestion, longer anchor pegs if wind is an issue.

The furniture was great and the service…
The furniture was great and the service was good but the delivery (which we paid extra for) was terrible. They dropped the VERY heavy box at the bottom of our stairs (only 6) and no one rang the doorbell or knocked on the door. If I hadn't checked my e-mail after supper the box would have been on the street all night. My husband is 75 years old and we had to open the box and bring everything up in pieces. So I would highly recommend NOT paying anything extra for delivery.
