Ongoing repairs ignored for weeks: a missing fridge, an unrepaired toilet seat, a no-show inspection, a promised lamp that never arrived. When I reported an urgent electrical blackout in the kitchen and asked for an electrician, I received no follow-up whatsoever — no call, no text, no resolution. I had to handle the emergency myself to avoid losing all my food. The only response from their team was a staff member suggesting I imagine what it would be like if hundreds of tenants were in "urgent need of help". I can only speak for myself: I'd like the basic problems in my apartment fixed. Deeply unprofessional and careless company.
