Ordered some watermelon seeds got an email saying it was shipped. That was a month ago. They have never responded to my emails asking where the product is. Update: the package arrived, but was intercepted by customs and the seeds disposed of, they were from China. I got a piece of paper saying it was intercepted. Still no response from them.
I received a faulty swim ring. There was a hole on the upper side so air was leaking. It was not safe to use. I emailed this company twice but no response. I disputed the payment through paypal but i was asked to return the swim ring to a Monocco address! I am in Sydney and I remembered the return address was also in Sydney on the parcel. Unfortunately I did not keep the package. I got nothing at the end. I paid aud$25 for a faulty swim ring.
I bought the swim ring for $30 thinking it is the original due to the price but what turned up was a china cheap version that sells on eBay or other websites for $4. If I had known I was getting that version I would have bought those instead and saved the money! I compared mine with a friends who bought it for $4 and it is exactly the same! Product is also faulty with baby slipping out of the ring a few times. Definitely not safe as outlined in the ad.
