I was rather disappointed that I couldn’t take the goods home. I have to get them delivered - even though I was buying something small enough to carry.
If I had known that - I would have ordered them online and stayed at home on the sofa!

It was a pleasure to be able to go into a physical store, rather than online.
The staff were attentive and very helpful.
The showroom made buying the furniture a real pleasurable experience. It gave a lot of reassurance about the products and the items we wanted to purchase. It was difficult to not spend more!

The Cotswolds Company
Morgan and Rob delivered our 7 draw chest piece of furniture. They informed us of delivery time and were punctual. They came to the door first to explain the process and to see where the furniture was to go, planning there options. Placed furniture with ease and professionalism, extremely polite guys, it’s been a pleasure dealing with both the Marlow branch from start to the delivery at the finish, excellent (and so rare these days in general)

Great service
Table and chairs delivered on time with plenty of warning. Patrick and Bobby put the table together for me with the minimum of fuss. They were friendly and helpful. Showed my how to lock and unlock the extending part. They took all the packaging away with them. Can’t recommend them highly enough. They were a pleasure.
