I have been feeding my ageing dogs, Fallon's Chicken and Rice food suitable for senior dogs and those with sensitive stomachs, for more than a year and they love it and are doing very well on it.
I also use the Walk Your dog with Love harness and it has changed my walks from a battle to enjoyable. I have a new one on order.
I contacted Keith recently about a query I had. He investigated it and came back with the answer very quickly. Email seems to be the best way to communicate. I think it's a wonderful company and I am looking forward to supporting it for a few more years to come.

Awful company to deal with, ordered a dog nest bed on the 29th of December, never received confirmation of despatch, emailed company to chase this and was advised that the item had been sent. After still not receiving the item I requested a tracking number, only then to receive an email to say they were refunding me! Will now purchase the item directly from the supply company. Do not order from this company!!

I always like to leave a review here, good or bad for online sales, they are usually good.
I made an order for a dog bed through their website which turned out to be out of stock although alternatives were offered.
I declined the alternatives.
That was the easy bit.
Communications were made by email up to that point and these emails were answered quickly until I declined the alternatives.
I expected a refund of my money from the company at that point:- nothing.
I emailed the company once asking for my money to be refunded:- nothing.
I emailed with a 5 working day grace period to refund me stating I would take action to recover my money:- nothing.
I then had to go via Mastercard to get my money returned.
There is no excuse ever, not to refund customers where stock advertised as being in stock that isn't actually there, then not to answer emails and not refund customers.
A terrific fail on Cotswold Pet Supplies part.
I can not ever recommend a company that deals with online sales in such a haphazard way.
